The apartment is one of six in a very well-looked after residential building. As all other apartments have full-time residents we ask guests to respect their privacy and to keep noise levels to a minimum.

Entry details: arrival time is from 15:00, key collection from a city centre collection point is available up until 21:00, latest departure time is 10am.

There is elevator and stair access to the private entrance.

Minimum stay of 3 nights.  Corporate rates available for longer stays.

Sorry no pets, parties or events or commercial vehicles allowed on-site.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.Key collection is from a local Taxi/tour operator located in Church Street. This is a 10 minute walk or a few minutes drive from the apartment.
