This 3rd floor apartment in in the By the Bridge Apartment building and has a private entrance.

Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen:  2 settees and 1 arm chair providing ample seating, large smart TV with Freesat channels. The dining table has space for up to 6 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a double electric oven and stove top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and kitchenware.

Bedroom1: Large double bed with bedside lamps with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror. There is an en suite shower room for this bedroom with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Bedroom2: 2 single beds with bedside units and lamps, TV with Freeview channels, wardrobe, mirror.

Bathroom: Bath, wash hand basin and toilet.

Utility room: Washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside: Balcony with table and chairs, views over the river Ness, the city and mountains beyond.

Secure underground on-site car park with a complementary parking space for 1 car. Additional public parking for additional or larger vehicles is nearby (fee applies).

There is a lift to access the apartment.

All bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

The house is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, banks, etc all within a couple of minutes’ walk.

Entry details: arrival time is from 15:00, key collection is available up until 22:00, latest departure time is 10am.

There is elevator and stair access to the private entrance.

Minimum stay of 2 nights during the winter months, 1 night stays available at all other times.  Corporate rates available for longer stays.

Sorry we are unable to accept bookings with children under 1o years or age.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

Rate table shows the base weekly rental rates only when the property is only available for weekly bookings. Short breaks may be available and are not shown below.
