Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: A 2-seat settee plus 2 arm chairs looking out over the rooftops toward the Cairngorm mountains – one of the best views of the Cairngorms in Aviemore town. Smart TV with Freeview channels, good internet connection for access to Netflix, amazon Prime, BBC iPlayer and other streaming services. Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine with drier, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster and kitchenware. Breakfast bar with stools and additional dining table with 4 chairs.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside units with lamps, wardrobe, TV with Freeview channels, mirror. En suite shower room with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, bedside units with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers TV with Freeview channels, mirror.

Bathroom 1: Bath with mains shower, wash hand basin, toilet.

The Apartment has gas central heating with radiators in every room, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, clothes airer and hairdryer.

All bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price.

The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

There is a small group of shops including a grocery store, chip shop and bike hire just along the road 300 metres away.

In the town centre, around 1 mile and a 15-minute walk, there is a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, ski hire, bank, supermarkets and other shops.

Spey Valley Golf club is a less than a mile away or a 15-minute walk. The Macdonald resort with shopping, cinema and swimming pool is 1.5 miles away.

Check in time is any time after 4pm and check out time is 10am.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

Located on the north side of Aviemore in a quiet residential area. Around a mile and 15 minute walk from the town centre and less than 5 minutes and 300 metres from the selection of shops just off Dalfaber Road.
