An on-street parking permit is provided as well as private parking at the rear of the property.

Lounge: Seating for up to 5 guests on 2 settees, coffee table, TV with Freeview channels.

Kitchen/dining room: Gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware. Dining table with 4 chairs. Patio door leading to decked area and fenced, secure, private garden.

Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, toilet and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside units with lights, mirror wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Single bed, bedside unit with light, clothes rail, mirror.

Bathroom: Bath with mains shower, wash hand basin, toilet.

Outside: Large fenced, secure back garden with lockable shed to store bikes, golf clubs and outdoor equipment. On-street parking with parking permit (provided) with additional private parking to the rear of the cottage.

All bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price.

The cottage is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

The Crown area of Inverness has a few small shops, cafes and a couple of restaurants and bars. Larger shops, banks, supermarkets and numerous cafes, bars and restaurants are in the city centre less than a 5 minute stroll.

The nearest pub/restaurants are the Heathmount Hotel and Corrigarth Hotel, both are open to non-residents and are within a 2 minute walk.

Check in time is any time after 3pm and check out time is 10am.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

High chair and travel cot available at an additional cost as shown on the booking form.

Rate table shows the base weekly rental rates only when the property is only available for weekly bookings. Short breaks may be available and are not shown below. Location

The established Crown area of Inverness is just above the city centre. Within a 5 minute stroll from the centre the apartment is easily access when arriving by car, train, bus or at Inverness airport.
