The main living area has a 2 person settee, dining table and chairs for 2 guests, TV with Freeview channels and double bed.
Annex kitchen with electric oven and hob, washer/drier, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and kitchenware.
The separate shower room has an electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The heating is electric.
There is off-street parking beside the studio apartment.
All bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price.
The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.
There are a few shops in nearby Kinmylies including a small grocery store, chemist, medical surgery and fast food.
There are larger Co-op & Lidl supermarkets on Telford Road just a mile away as well as an Indian, Chinese takeaways and a chip shop.
There is a nice little pub, The Clachnaharry Inn, serving drinks and food 1.5 miles away and a variety of pubs, restaurants, banks, shops and cafes in the nearby city centre.

Check in time is any time after 3pm and check out time is 10am.
Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.
The studio apartment is easily accessed by car or public transport. Although possible to walk to Blarmore Studio from the city centre a car, taxi or public transport is advised.
