The apartment has a private access. All rooms are on the ground floor.

Lounge: Three person settee plus 1 arm chair, TV with Freeview channels, dining table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen: Electric oven and stove hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and kitchenware.

Bedroom1: Double bed, bedside units with lights, mirror wardrobe.

Bedroom2: Double bed, bedside units with lights, mirror wardrobe.

Bathroom: Bath with electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Outside: Private parking space with additional visitor parking adjacent.

All bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price.

The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

The Inshes shopping area with 2 supermarkets, McDonald’s, fuel station and gym is 1.5 miles. The Fairways Loch Ness golf course is less than 1 mile.

You will find a handy Scotmid Co-op convenience store, pharmacy and Dows bar brasserie 1 minute walk from the apartment.  Other bars, which also serve food, are just under half a mile or 10 minute walk.

The city centre is a 10 minute drive by car or taxi.

Check in time is any time after 3pm and check out time is 10am.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

    Excellent apartment. Would happily stay again in future. Only issue I had was that there was no cafetiere!


In the Castle Heather area of Inverness, 2 miles from the city centre, less than 10 minutes by car.
Good access onto the A9 for travelling north and south. The new southern bi-pass is close allowing good access to Loch ness and the west.
