Newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage just off the Inshes shopping area. Great location, in a peaceful farm small holding yet a 2-minute walk from the Inshes shopping centre.
Less than 2 minutes to Raigmore and very easy access onto A9 for north/south travel and southern distributor road and A96 for East/west travel.

All rooms are on the ground floor.
Open plan lounge/kitchen: 2 large recliner settees, TV with Freeview channels. Modern kitchen with electric oven, microwave oven, gas stove, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and kitchenware. Dining table and 4 chairs.
Bedroom1: King-size bed, bedside units with lights, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror, hairdryer.
Bedroom2: Can be arranged with super-king bed or 2 singles, wardrobe, bedside units with lights, chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror, hairdryer.
Bathroom: Small bath, walk in large shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
Outside: Patio area with table and chairs. There is a rotary washing line. Ample off-street private parking.
The property has a ramp to the front door and wide doorways.
The cottage has on-demand hot water and gas central heating throughout.
All bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price.
The house is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.
Less than 2 minutes’ walk from the Inshes shopping centre where you can find 2 large Supermarkets, fast food outlet, shoe shop, fitness centre, fuel station and other shops.
The closest restaurants are Brewers Fayre Inshes Gate, just off the Inshes roundabout and The Fluke bar and MacDonalds.
The city centre is 5 minutes by car or taxi and has numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, banks, etc.
Check in time is any time after 3pm and check out time is 10am. Key collection is on-site by keysafe, the code will be emailed to guests at least one week before arrival.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

Would highly recommend Dell Cottage, the cottage itself is in a very good location nice and quiet but very close to the city centre. The cottage is absolutely immaculate with all mod. cons. June the owner is the perfect host and is extremely helpful, even posting some clothing items we left by accident. I cant speak highly enough about the cottage or the owner June.

Just a wonderful stay in the cottage. Very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Communication with both the owner as Gael Holiday Homes was very good. Would definitely stay here again!
Just off the Inshes shopping centre area, less than a2 minute walk. Easy access to Inverness city centre and all routes north, south, east and west.
The cottage is in a small group of cottages in a farm small holding. Very quiet and safe area yet in easy reach of all that Inverness has to offer.
