Drumbuie Lodge has everything you could possibly need and more. I took along a few extra household items that I knew I would need over the holidays but there was really no need, the kitchen has all the appliances you could possibly need, the dishwasher and washer dryer were very handy. I’ve got to say that this is the best we have ever slept while on holiday, my husband usually doesn’t sleep well when not at home but the beds where very comfortable. The log burner was great, heating the whole lodge if you kept the room doors open (logs are easily purchased in Beauly from the hardware shop, they are a bit more expensive in the garage and coop). The location was fantastic, we loved how remote the lodge is, on our visit there were no other people around just deer that my children loved watching from the window. The location is also perfect for sightseeing, Beauly is 5 mins away with lovely local shops and you are within easy driving distance to Inverness and also to Loch Ness and all it’s attractions. I would highly recommend this lodge and hope to return in the future.

Great stay in comfortable lodge with all facilities that we needed and a lovely welcoming pack. The lodge is ideally situated with a 25 minute drive into Inverness and good access to the area, especially Loch Ness. It is a seven minute drive to Beauly which has an excellent indian restaurant and two cafedelis to eat. We caught the train one day from Beauly to Kyle of Lochalsh and another day into Inverness. Altogether a perfect stay.

  • An enjoyable stay at Drumbuie.

The location was magical with an abundance of trees, ferns and peacefulness. The lodge was welcoming, comfortable and cosy. It felt like home after only one night. It had every convenience re utensils and provisions.I have only two suggestions re improvement---it would have been nice to have had mirrors and bins in the bedrooms . Thank you for a lovely few days at your lodge.

The cottage was in a perfect, quiet location with the occasional deer making an appearance. It's a great spot for exploring the area and the starting points for various walks are a short drive away - there's even one you can do from the lodge. The cottage itself is clean and cosy with a well-stocked kitchen and new bathroom. We felt at home right away. Maps and information on things to do in the area are provided. There was complimentary wine and, more importantly, tea and biscuits. We can't wait to get back.

  • Home from home in an idyllic highlands setting.

I stayed here for a few days with my family (2 young children) and we all loved it. The lodge was very welcoming, clean and well equipped with everything we needed! Local amenities nearby and easy access to many of the highland tourist attractions. The surrounding environment of the lodge was very well kept and the children had a vast space to play ....including a rope swing. We will definatly be returning to Drumbuie Lodge and hope to stay longer next time. We have recommended it to many friends and family already and will continue to do so.
