This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, family friendly detached bungalow is ideal for guests looking for quality accommodation with easy access to Dornoch town centre, Dornoch Beach and the Royal Dornoch Golf course, all of which are within a 5 minute walk.

All rooms are on the ground floor.
Lounge: 2 large settees, coffee table, Smart TV, feature electric stove.
Kitchen/Diner: Electric range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/drier, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and ample kitchenware. There is a dining table and 6 chairs beside the patio door that opens onto a small patio area and large grass area. The back garden is fenced and secure, a great place for children to play safely.
Bedroom1: King size bed, bedside units with lights, mirrored wardrobe, dressing table with mirror. This room has an en suite shower room with toilet.
Bedroom2: 2 single beds, bedside unit with light, mirror wardrobe.
Bedroom3: 2 single beds, bedside unit with light, mirror wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet.
Outside: Good size front and back garden. There is free on-street parking directly outside the house. The back garden is fenced and has a small patio area. The back garden has a grass lawn and is not overlooked.
There is a lockable garage for guest use for storing golf clubs, bikes and other outdoor equipment.
There is an iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
The house has central heating throughout and on-demand hot water.
All bed linen, towels, electricity and central heating.
Free on-site, private parking.
Wi-fi included at no extra cost.
The house is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, kitchen roll, washing machine tablets.
There are a number of restaurants, bars and shops in Dornoch within a couple of minutes’ walk.
Food shops: There is a Co-op, butcher, bakery and the Dornoch General Store. The Co-op is usually open until 10pm. Tesco, Asda and Lidl supermarkets are in Tain which is a few miles south of Dornoch.
Restaurants: Luigi’s on Castle Street, Sutherland House, Links House, The Eagle Hotel, Carnegie Courthouse Café, a few others also.
Pubs: The Dornoch Inn, The Eagle Hotel, Castle Whisky Bar & Bistro, a few others.
Takeaway food: Chinese, Indian, Harry Gow bakers.

Cancellation policy – deposit of 30% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings).
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.
Security deposit: an amount of £100 will be pre-authorised against the card you pay your final balance 10 days prior to arrival. This will reduce your available balance on your card by £100 for 30 days.

Lovely bungalow in perfect location

Having taken 3 attempts to find the house in the dark we were very pleased to find it clean and cosy inside, with an excellent welcome pack and some flowers on the kitchen table. The comfortable beds meant we were ready to explore in the morning - we realised part of the golf course was at the end of the garden - the location was ideal - a couple of minutes to the square in one direction and 5 minutes to the beach in the other. The sofa's were very good for relaxing, but not very easy to get out of! The Kitchen was well stocked in all cooking equipment and utensils, although we kept running out of mugs. Overall, a great house to chill and relax in.

Perfect property. In a lovely new condition and beautifully decorated with a great view looking out from the back garden. Lovely and relaxing property in a great location for my golf.

Without doubt, the best self-catering we have had the pleasure to stay in. A most comfortable and relaxing house and gardens, very well equipped. With the unexpected heatwave, the only thing missing was a parasol over the garden table to shelter under!
Situated on Church Street, just off the main square of the town centre. The golf course is a stone’s throw away as is Dornoch beach.
