Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

Up to 2 dogs welcome – an additional charge per dog per booking applies. there is a wood and grassed area directly outside the apartment, ideal for walking dogs.

Situated in the Culduthel area of the city. Just off the southern distributor road with easy access to Loch Ness, the city centre, and all North, South, East and West. Less than a 10 minute drive into the city centre or to the A82 and Loch Ness. Nairn is around 30 minutes away and Aviemore is 35 minutes. there is bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the city centre.
