The apartment is attached to the owners’ house and has a private entrance.
Lounge: Large sofa, TV with Freesat channels and Bluetooth soundbar, coffee table, patio door with access to private patio and large garden – great views of the Highland hills and mountains.
Kitchen: Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with good size freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, kitchenware, pots, pans and washing machine. There is a bar style table and 2 chairs for dining.
Bathroom: Bath with mains shower, wash hand basin, toilet.
Bedroom: Accessed via a spiral staircase in the lounge. King size bed, dressing table with mirror, clothes storage.
Outside: Off-road parking directly outside the apartment for 1 car.
There is a large garden and patio area with outside seating.
The bedroom is not on the same floor as the bathroom.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and maps and local information.
Heating is a combination of central and electric heating with on-demand hot water.
All bed linen, towels, tea towels, electricity and heating, Wi-Fi.
The house is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, bathroom toiletries, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

30% of the total rental is charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking with the final 70% no later than 14 days before arrival. There is a 24-hour cooling off period after your booking is placed where you may cancel free of charge after that you will be required to pay the full rental amount if you cancel.

It is within the Farr area of Inverness-shire and has easy access to the south side of Loch Ness and to the wider Highlands via the A9 trunk road 3 miles away.
There is a small local store in Invernarnie.
