Formally part of a 1700’s hemp works, now fully renovated to a first floor 2-bedroom apartment, Harbour View Apartment has a large picture window offering spectacular panoramic views over the Cromarty Firth and hills and mountains of the north and West Highlands.

Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area: 2 person settee and 2 arm chairs, 50” TV with Freeview channels, DVD player, CD player/radio. The kitchen has an electric oven, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, ample kitchen equipment. Spectacular views over the Cromarty Firth – the best views in Cromarty. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside cabinet with light, wardrobe, alarm clock radio, TV.
Bedroom 2: Single bed with additional pull our single bed, bedside unit with light, alarm clock radio, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Mains shower, wash hand basin, toilet.
Outside: Parking directly outside the apartment and easy access to the beach, harbour and town centre.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a selection of maps, books and board games and hairdryer. There are also deck chairs and buckets and spades for the beach which is 20 metres away.
All bed linen, towels, tea towels, electricity and heating, Wi-Fi.
The house is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.
Free off-street parking.

The Royal Hotel – family friendly restaurant. 30 yards form Seaview apartment.

There is a grocery store, bakers, antique shop, post office and other cafes and shops in Cromarty.
Check in time after 4pm, check out time 10am.
30% of the total rental is charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking with the final 70% no later than 6 weeks before arrival. There is a 24-hour cooling off period after your booking is placed where you may cancel free of charge after that you will be required to pay the full rental amount if you cancel.
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

Lovely apartment with stunning views

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Harbour View. The view from the lounge window is stunning and the ever changing light on the sky and water was just beautiful. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. Cromarty is a really lovely place and the locals are friendly and welcoming. Theres a lot to see and do from walking along the beach and headlands to wandering around the town and its shops. Dont miss the Cheese Shop and Ingrids House!
Cromarty is a harbour town on the tip of the Black Isle. Located 23 miles from Inverness and 20 miles from Dingwall. The apartment is within a 2 minute walk of all the facilities in Cromarty.
