From the ground floor the entrance from the town square opens to a staircase leading to the first floor.

First floor

Master bedroom: Double bed, bed-side units with lamps, fitted wardrobe, chair and wall mirror. En suite shower with mains shower, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Views over the town square towards Dornoch Castle.

Second bedroom: 2 single beds, bed-side units with lamps, fitted wardrobe, chair and wall mirror.

Family bathroom: Bath with mains shower, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Second floor

Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area: Homely and comfortable with 2 settees, coffee table, Smart Tv with Freeview channels, DVD player. Dining table and chairs for 4 guests. Modern kitchen with electric oven, induction electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer plus ample kitchenware. Views over the town square to Dornoch Castle and Cathedral.

The apartment has electric heating throughout.

Wi-Fi is included at no extra cost.

There is a selection of DVDs, books and games, an iron and ironing board in the second bedroom and hairdryers in both bedrooms.

All bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price.

Stocked with a starter supply of soap, shampoo, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Private off-street on-site parking.

There are a number of restaurants, bars and shops in Dornoch within a couple of minutes’ walk.

Food shops: There is a Co-op, butcher, bakery and the Dornoch General Store. The Co-op is usually open until 10pm. Tesco, Asda and Lidl supermarkets are in Tain which is a few miles south of Dornoch.

Restaurants: Luigi’s on Castle Street, Sutherland House, Links House, The Eagle Hotel, Carnegie Courthouse Café, a few others also.

Pubs: The Dornoch Inn, The Eagle Hotel, Castle Whisky Bar & Bistro, a few others.

Takeaway food: Chinese, Indian, Harry Gow bakers.

A deposit of 30% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings).

Security deposit: an amount of £100 will be pre-authorised against the card you pay your final balance 10 days prior to arrival. This will reduce your available balance on your card by £100 for 30 days.

    We couldn't have asked for a better appointed property in a more excellent location for exploring NE Scotland if we tried. Everything in the apartment was at hand &, likewise, everywhere that we wanted to explore was easily accessible.

    We enjoyed our stay at " Birds Eye View " as it is a modern apartment in a central location in Dornoch. A good time to visit Northern Scotland, as it's early in the season, and the roads are fairly quiet for touring, and sightseeing. Lots to do and the weather was dry but cold, good for walking.

    We really enjoyed our short break in the centre of Dornoch. The apartment is in an excellent location, with views over the pretty town centre/cathedral and just a few minutes’ walk from the golf course and beach. It is very well-equipped, spotlessly clean and newly decorated. The beds have new linen and duvets – we slept very well. It was a bonus to have a powerful en-suite shower. We will definitely be back and would thoroughly recommend.


Location

Located in a modern small apartment complex in the centre of Dornoch. Just off the main town square, less than a minute's walk from the shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. Less than 5 minutes from the Royal Dornoch Golf course and beach.
