2 Mackay Road

Dornoch & Sutherland

The house was completed in 2015 and is exceptionally warm and comfortable.  The owners believe that a holiday home should be as well kitted out as home, and being keen amateur cooks they have set up the kitchen for plenty of cooking and entertaining.

The house has a smart TV with Sky+ and a good selection of books, games, cards and jigsaws to while away the time. The enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn and the west facing terrace is equipped with barbecue, table and chairs from which guests can enjoy the sun late into summer evenings. There is a large shed for the storage of golf bags, bicycles etc.

Even though this house is on a housing estate it was a very conveient place to stay, only a 5 minute walk into Dornoch. The house was very comfortable, furnished to a high standard and had everything you could possibly want.

  • Great week in Dornoch
