Bedroom: Double bed, bedside lamps, fitted wardrobe.

Shower room: Electric shower, wash hand basin, toilet.

The apartment has gas central heating and double glazing.

All bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, parking and Wi-Fi are included.

The Steading is in the private garden of the owners house. Guests have sole use of the apartment and will have privacy.

The owners will meet guests upon arrival or make arrangements for guests to collect the keys on-site.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Rate table shows the base weekly rental rates only when the property is only available for weekly bookings. Short breaks may be available and are not shown below.     The Steading is an excellent place to stay in Inverness. The level of comfort is very high, everything has been well thought out and it is wonderfully quiet. Bathroom, kitchen, lounge all beautifully fitted out, very modern, with everything you could think of. It is also very convenient for walking into the town centre or accessing the river, both approx 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

    Modern clean facilities. Like a hotel room but with a proper kitchen for those who want to self cater. 15 minute walk into main town centre. Parking facility good. The bedroom is small with a small double bed so not ideal if you prefer more space. We were mainly out and about visiting relatives so did not spend much time there. The lack of privacy (overlooked by neighbouring windows so needed the blinds closed on the windows) and being situated in the owners modest well used garden (nicely done though) may not suit all. The garden furniture provided for guests are two fold up picnic chairs for use on a small patio area to one side of the main garden. Pleasant owners.

    The place was nice to stay, very close to Inverness city center (15 minutes walk), has all facilities inside one may need for short or longer stay. The host were helpful when we had any questions. The bed was however a bit small for us and not very comfortable. The rest was very good. I will recommend it.


Located in a quiet residential area of Inverness not far from Crown and the city centre. Both can be accessed within a 10 minute walk.
