A well appointed 2 bedroom apartment in Ardconnel Street with comfortable living room, separate modern kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower. On-street parking (permit provided), free Wi-Fi. 2 minutes walk to city centre.

Living room: seating for 4 with 2 seat settee, 2 arm chairs, TV with Freesat, music dock, dining table and chairs for 4, electric fire.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine/dryer.
Bedroom1: Double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, hair dryer, electric heater, window to rear of apartment.
Bedroom2: 2 single beds, bedside cabinets with lamps, wardrobe, mirror, hairdryer, electric heater, window to rear of apartment.
Bathroom: Bath with electric shower, wash hand basin, toilet.
There is an iron and ironing board.
All bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price.
On-street parking outside the apartment, subject to availability (parking permit provided). Additional paid for parking very near by.
The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.
Numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, banks, etc all within a 2 minute walk.

Pubs: various within the city centre.

Entry details: arrival time is from 3pm, latest departure time is 10am.
Minimum stay of 2 nights. Corporate rates available for longer stays.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

The moment we got to Inverness it was and always will be the best place to visit . my family had been coming to Scotland for the past 30 years and we love every moment. Thanks to Gail Holiday homes it made our stay even better. Thank you so much my family had a wonderful time. Good experience in Inverness. Apartment cleaned and easy for arrival. I recommend this house for visit Lech Ness.

We had a lovely time in Inverness and our stay here was very comfortable. Everything you need for a wee break - shops, bars and restaurants are nearby too. Check in and out simple also.

We enjoyed the convenience to shopping,restaurants, and sights. It was seemed expensive to what we would pay in Australia but understand it is the high season of Scotland. Just be prepared for stairs, this was a little bit difficult with luggage.
In a quiet area of Inverness city centre, less than 2 minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Park outside (permit provided) and walk to the city centre.
