'Woodlands' is a beautiful caravan in a lovely, peaceful location. Norma and Brian are excellent hosts. Arrived to find a very generous welcome pack including some lovely dog treats that our little dog had never tried before, and she is now hooked on them! Norma and Brian have thought of everything that you could possibly need. No need to worry if your forget any 'essentials' on your first night, it's all provided. The caravan was spotlessly clean, lovely and warm ….in short, all that we could have wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to all. Thank you for a lovely stay, we were so sad to leave the beautiful 'Black Isle' and your lovely caravan.

We stayed at Woodlands for a week in August. The caravan was comfortable, well equipped ,and in an ideal location for getting about. Norma and Brian were brilliant hosts ,providing tons of local information, blankets ,bowls and treats for the dogs, and provisions on hand for our arrival. Norma was on hand to say goodbye when we left and you could not meet a nicer person.

We've had a wonderful time at Woodlands. We received a warm welcome and found a greeting message together with fresh milk, shortbread biscuits, tea and coffee! The place was spotless clean and very comfy. We do recommend Norma and Brian's mobile home for all these reasons. Plus, it is very close to Inverness but in a quiet and peaceful environment.

Back at Woodlands for a short break this place is so central for surrounding areas and at the same time it is a peaceful haven . Norma as usual had left us refreshments and a selection of shortbread , we were delighted to see that a disposable barbecue had been put in place for our use as the weather was beautiful . The high standard that Norma and Brian provide at Woodlands will keep drawing us back and I would highly recommend it to all .

Made to feel really welcomed for us and our dogs. A peacefull setting, our dogs were able to run in the little wooded area and in the garden. Norma and Brian were very friendly, helpfull and nothing was too much trouble. Would stay there again.

Having previously stayed at Woodlands It was great to find out that It was vacant on the days we were visiting Inverness again as it would have been very difficult for us to find such a comfortable and central location to our family .Norma certainly went out of her way to accommodate us in our circumstances and we really appreciated her compassion. The place was warm , comfortable and as usual Milk tea, coffee and lovely biscuits, were left for us to enjoy , there was dog treats a very warm blanket and food bowls for Penny our cocker spaniel which was so thoughtful . We enjoyed our brief stay and would highly recommend Woodlands the peace and tranquility of the place is lovely , and I know we will be back .

We spent a week at Woodlands while visiting family and Christmas shopping in Inverness. It was the ideal location for us only minutes from Inverness and central to so many places we visited . Norma and Brian were so welcoming and gave us some tips on eating places in the area which we really appreciated . The accommodation was just amazing and equipped to a very high standard ,it was warm and cosy with a comfortable bed and so so comfortable pillows and duvet . everything you could think of has been provided by this lovely couple , even our dog was provided with feeding bowls ,towel , and treats. As we arrived in the evening the milk, tea , coffee and shortbread left for us was a bonus. Freesat tv , internet access, radio were all available to us along with books and some games . It was a very welcome break in lovely accommodation and very helpful owners ,even the rain never spoiled our stay I certainly would highly recommend Woodlands and hope to visit again in the coming year , Paul & Kareen

This was our first visit to the Black Isle. Brian and Norma were were very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of helpfull advice. The caravan was well equipped probably the best we've seen. This is a great base for exploring this lovely part of the country or just a relaxing break.

  • One of the best holidays we have had

We stayed for a week at the end of the school summer holidays, our kids of 5 and 6 loved it. The caravan has a nice decked area outside, which is great for BBQs etc. The inside of the caravan is immaculate and has a modern finish. The owners made us feel very much at home and were even kind enough to give the kids some toys to keep them entertained. The caravan is a short drive from the centre of Inverness. We visited the Cinema, Swimming Pool, Whin Park and the Titanic Museum, all of which are a 10 minute drive from the caravan. The Swimming pool and Whin park in particular were great and the kids wanted to go back to them again and again. We have stayed at some of the large chain holiday parks before, but much prefer this caravan, as we got to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, while still having the activities for the kids a short drive away. Fantastic accommodation with lots of things to see nearby. We will be coming back to stay again.

The Woodlands is utterly beautiful, the location is just stunning, the perfect place to relax! Inverness is just a short drive away with all the shops, supermarkets and activities you could ever want. The caravan is homely and bright with excellent design. The caravan is immaculate throughout and all the extras you need are provided. I had a wonderful time here relaxing, watching the wildlife and exploring the beautiful scenery. I would recommend it to everyone, it's a fantastic place to stay. Thank you!
