Spacious, modern family apartment, furnished to a very high standard, with balcony offering stunning views over Nairn Dunbar golf course, the Moray Firth, Ben Wyvis and the hills toward the Ross-shire and Sutherland.
The apartment is on the first floor accessed via a communal door that serves 3 other apartments.
Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner: 2 reclining settees, 1 reclining armchair with stool, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, dining table with chairs, patio door to balcony with table and chairs, incredible views over the golf course, Moray Firth, the highland mountains and surrounding countryside. There is a selection of books, DVD’s, CD’s and games.
Kitchen: Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar with stools, CD & Bluetooth audio unit. Plenty of kitchenware.
Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside units with lamps, dressing table with mirror, chair, en suite shower room with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is a hairdryer in this room.
Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside unit with lamp, dressing table with mirror, chair.
Family bathroom: Bath with mains shower, wash hand basin, toilet.
Master bedroom [accessed via a spiral staircase]: spacious airy room with king-size bed, bedside units with lights, triple wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, couch and chair, en suite shower room with wash hand basin, toilet. There is foosball table and hairdryer in this room. There is also an ironing board and iron.
Bed linen, towels, electricity and gas.
Wi-Fi is included at no extra cost.
Restaurant: Sun Dancer, Harbour Street, Nairn – lovely food & great cocktail selection (<20 minute walk)
Pub: Café 112, High Street Nairn – excellent wine & gin selection (<15 minute walk)
Supermarket: Scotmid, Forres Road, Nairn – about 10mins walk at end of Lochloy road
Shops: Nairn High Street – around a 15 minute walk into town centre
Beach: Nairn East beach, a scenic 15 minute walk, or less than 3 minutes by car.
Golf course: Nairn Dunbar – a few minutes’ walk along Lochloy Road.
Entry details: arrival time is any time after 4pm, latest departure time is 10am. Late check out and early check in are available, subject to availability, at an additional cost.
Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 5 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 5 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

A really nice stay in Nairn

The flat is very nice, very well furnished, clea. The kitchen has all you need and much more. The terrace and the view over the golf and in direction "sea" is marvellous. It is very well located. And very clean. A nice stay that I can recommend!

Located in a quiet residential area 3 minute drive or a fifteen minute walk from the town centre, and only 10 minutes from the peaceful East beach and Culbin Forest nature reserve. Great central location offering easy access to the Highlands, close to A96, 9 miles from Airport and only 15 miles east of Inverness.
