The apartment is on the first floor accessed via a communal door that serves 3 other apartments.

First floor:

Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner: 2 reclining settees, 1 reclining armchair with stool, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, dining table with chairs, patio door to balcony with table and chairs, incredible views over the golf course, Moray Firth, the highland mountains and surrounding countryside. There is a selection of books, DVD’s, CD’s and games.

Kitchen: Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, breakfast bar with stools, CD & Bluetooth audio unit. Plenty of kitchenware.

Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, bedside units with lamps, dressing table with mirror, chair, en suite shower room with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is a hairdryer in this room.

Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside unit with lamp, dressing table with mirror, chair.

Family bathroom: Bath with mains shower, wash hand basin, toilet.

Second floor:

Master bedroom [accessed via a spiral staircase]: spacious airy room with king-size bed, bedside units with lights, triple wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, couch and chair, en suite shower room with wash hand basin, toilet. There is foosball table and hairdryer in this room. There is also an ironing board and iron.

Bed linen, towels, electricity and gas.

Wi-Fi is included at no extra cost.

Restaurant: Sun Dancer, Harbour Street, Nairn – lovely food & great cocktail selection (<20 minute walk)

Pub: Café 112, High Street Nairn – excellent wine & gin selection (<15 minute walk)

Supermarket: Scotmid, Forres Road, Nairn – about 10mins walk at end of Lochloy road

Shops: Nairn High Street – around a 15 minute walk into town centre

Beach: Nairn East beach, a scenic 15 minute walk, or less than 3 minutes by car.

Golf course: Nairn Dunbar – a few minutes’ walk along Lochloy Road.

Entry details: arrival time is any time after 4pm, latest departure time is 10am. Late check out and early check in are available, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 42 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 42 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

Note – regretfully it is not permissible to park commercial vehicles in the apartment car park.

Security deposit: an amount of £100 will be pre-authorised against the card you pay your final balance 10 days prior to arrival. This will reduce your available balance on your card by £100 for 30 days.

Rate table shows the base weekly rental rates only when the property is only available for weekly bookings. Short breaks may be available and are not shown below. Rates do not include additional booking fee of £24 or £28 where applicable. Seasonal offers are available at times where no or a reduced booking fee applies.

    Excellent property, modern with plenty of room for the 6 of us, an amazing view with a nice balcony for 4 of us to sit at I would definitely stay here again just need a tumble dryer A 20 min walk into town or jump on the bus, regular service available, we even took the bus to Inverness one day! Nairn is a beautiful place!

    Stayed in the apartment for a week while working in Inverness. The apartment is excellent all you need for your stay and nice views. Nothing bad to say about our stay at all will definitely be using again.

    We stayed in this lovely apartment- family of 5- February mid term break. The apartment is in a peaceful/tranquil area of Nairn and takes just 20 minutes walk to centre of Nairn and it's beautiful beach.There is car parking space specific to the apartment which is really handy. The apartment has a large balcony which looks over the Moray firth and the golf course which is very scenic. The apartment itself is very cosy and well laid out for families and golfers alike. The upstairs ensuite bedroom is huge and has a table football game which my kids were playing alot!! The kitchen has all the necessary appliances- microwave, oven/hob, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. We settled into the property very quickly and would definitely consider returning in the future for another holiday. Nairn is a great base for exploring the beautiful highlands. All in all a great holiday.

    Our family very much enjoyed our long stay in the Fairway apartment. It was good value for money at this time of year. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, it has a terrific kitchen with great equipment. The bathrooms are very luxurious. Crucially in January, the central heating works very very well. The views out across the golf course and over the Moray Firth are spectacular. You need to have your own car to get the most out of this apartment, it is too far too walk into town if you have children with you. The carpet in the upstairs bedroom needs a clean, but that's the only small issue with the apartment itself. I made a booking initiall for 13 nights, then quickly realised that I had made an error and did not need the last night. When I explained this to Gael Holiday Homes I was told that they would change the booking but could not refund the night's payment unless someone else booked the home. I feel this is not acceptable and very poor service. I made a long booking for the time of year and was very quick to let them know my error. This would put me off using Gael Holiday homes again.

    The flat is very nice, very well furnished, clea. The kitchen has all you need and much more. The terrace and the view over the golf and in direction "sea" is marvellous. It is very well located. And very clean. A nice stay that I can recommend!

Located in a quiet residential area 3 minute drive or a fifteen minute walk from the town centre, and only 10 minutes from the peaceful East beach and Culbin Forest nature reserve. Great central location offering easy access to the Highlands, close to A96, 9 miles from Airport and only 15 miles east of Inverness.
