The apartment is on the second floor accessed via 2 flights of stairs at the back of the shopping centre.

Lounge/kitchen/Dining area: 3 seat settee, 2 arm chairs and stool. Wood burning stove (wood available to buy at the hardware store located nearby), TV with Freeview, breakfast bar with 4 stools, electric oven and hob, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, tassimo coffee maker, cafetiere, plenty kitchenware. Access to balcony with views over the main street.

Bedroom1: double bed, bedside unit with light, wardrobe, mirror.

Bedroom2: 2 bunk beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Ample parking outside the apartment.

There is electric central heating with radiators in every room.

Wi-fi is included at no extra cost.

Entry details: arrival time is any time after 4pm, latest departure time is 10am. Late check out and early check in are available, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

30% of the total rental is charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking with the final 70% due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. There is a 24-hour cooling off period after your booking is placed where you may cancel free of charge after that you will be required to pay the full rental amount if you cancel.

Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

Security deposit: an amount of £100 will be pre-authorised against the card you pay your final balance 10 days prior to arrival. This will reduce your available balance on your card by £100 for 30 days.

Rate table shows the base weekly rental rates only when the property is only available for weekly bookings. Short breaks may be available and are not shown below.     As returning guests we were not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxing time. Good weather and lots of walking. Nice new bed and comfy mattress. Addition of outdoor table and chairs is great. Looking forward to returning next time.

    Perfect for a short break. Flat is very clean and well equipped. However, bed is a small double and the balcony would be much improved by the addition of a patio table, umbrella and chairs. We had fab weather and nothing to sit outside on which was a shame. A perfect base for exploring the area

    I can’t praise this place enough, it was in an ideal spot local to all amenities . The flat has everything you need a real home from home. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again

    It was our first holiday to Aviemore, and with having two small children we needed somewhere central to stay. Flat 7 was ideal. Close to all the shops, walking distance to restaurants, activities and ice cream parlour. With a large car park to the rear of the flat, again ideal. We had a great family holiday and we will holiday in Aviemore again.

    Good location. Easy access to hiking trails. Very close to shops, restaurants and train station. Comfortable. Good appliances including washer dryer. Was more cost as it is set up with 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds (only 1 bathroom). Light with large front windows and a large balcony.


Holiday rental apartment in the Aviemore town centre. Flat 7 Grampian Road sleeps up to 6 guests,central location for summer and winter holidays Aviemore.

Located in the centre of Aviemore above the shops of the Myrtlefield shopping centre. Within a few yards of restaurants, pubs, cafes, ski and bike hire, a pharmacy and a variety of other shops. Ample parking to the rear of the apartment. Close to the railway station.
