Inverness city centre 3 bedroom house for rent for holiday visits or for business rental. Close to Eden Court, shops, restaurants and bars.
Victorian villas in a central city location. Spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests with off-road parking. Local convenience shops, take away food, a few restaurants and a Supermarket within a 2 minute walk. City centre within a 5 minute walk with numerous restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes.

Entrance: private doorway off the main street.
Lounge/Dining area: 2 seat settee plus 2 arm chairs, TV with Freesat channels, DVD player. Dining table with 6 chairs. There is a utility room with washing machine and clothes rack off the lounge. There is a toilet in the utility room.
Kitchen: modern kitchen with electric oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, rockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware.
Cloakroom: toilet with wash hand basin.
Conservatory: Good sized conservatory with settee and rocking chair. Access to private small back garden with patio area.
Bedroom1: Double bed, bedside units with lights, single bed with bedside unit with light. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Table with a chair, mirror.
Bedroom2: Double bed, single bed with bedside units with lights. Chest of drawers, wardrobe and chair.
Bedroom3: Single bed with bedside unit with light. Wardrobe, table with chair, mirror.

Entry details: arrival time is anytime after 3pm, latest departure time is 10am. Late check out and early check in are available, subject to availability, at an additional cost.
Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

La casa è molto bella ed in posizione comoda. Tre stanze da bagno...purtroppo solo una doccia. Ci hanno messo a disposizione l'occorrente per la colazione in una cucina bella e super accessoriata. Tutto perfetto tranne la pulizia di uno dei bagni che lasciava a desiderare.

We enjoyed our mini break in Inverness , what a beautiful clean little city. Ashley house is in a good location and has ample space for a large family to stay comfortably for a good few weeks,as it is home from home . I would recommend this holiday to home anytime. A Christmas season holiday would be lovely at Ashley house .

My family and I, 3 adults and 3 children, had a great stay at Ashley House while in Inverness for a weekend. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space and everything provided that we needed. The location near to shops was a big help. I would certainly recommend Ashley House to anyone with a family visiting Inverness.

A well appointed clean and comfortable base after spending a couple of weeks in hotels gave us the opportunity to relax do laundry and prepare a home cooked meal I between exploring Invernesa. Little touches like having bread and other essentials www thoughtful and helpful. I'd certainly recommend

Everything was great our only grump was that the bath needed a real good clean,so we felt we could only use the shower.A pity as the rest of the house was of very good standard.

This house is exactly as seen on the pictures, minus the fact that it's a really large house, ideal for 6 (could even be ok for more). The kitchen is perfect for cooking for a group, with all the utensils necessary. We were welcomed with cereals, jam, milk, tea, coffee, etc. The house has 3 toilets including 1 in the bathroom. The pression in the shower is very good, and there where enough towels for everyone (at least two per person). The rooms provides rather good quality mattresses, with warm duvets, several pillows and plaids. The heating and the WIFI functions well. The location is perfect, about a 5-10 min walk to join the pubs and restaurants. The neighborhood is calm and the private parking is really on the side of the house. The renter answers to your questions fast. We really felt right at home in this house. I do recommend this house for every group visiting the Highlands. Honestly, I asked my friend what were the flaws of this house, and we did'nt find any ! Maybe the fact that there's only one bathroom, but it wasn't a surprise.
Located not far from the river Ness and easy walking distance from the city centre amenities. Around 10 minutes from the train and bus station. Smaller shops and food outlets on the same street with plenty additional choice within a 5 minute walk along the riverside.
