This fully renovated, modern styled, apartment offers guests comfortable accommodation in a great location just a few metres away from the city centre restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and all other amenities. A parking permit is provided for free parking along the nearby riverside, less than 50 metres from the apartment front door.

Entrance: private doorway off the main street. All rooms are on the ground floor.

Lounge: 2 x 2 seat settee plus arm chair, ample seating for 4 guests, coffee table, TV with Freesat channels. Large airy room with windows to the front with partial view of the river Ness less than 50 metres away.

Kitchen: electric oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, rockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware. Table and chairs for dining for 4 guests.

Bedroom1: King size bed, bedside units with lights, fitted mirrored wardrobe.

Bedroom2: 2 single beds, bedside unit with light, fitted mirrored wardrobe.

Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Mirror with Bluetooth speaker system.

Heating: The apartment has a new electric central heating system with hot water heated electrically also.

Wi-Fi: internet access is included at no extra cost.

Late check out and early check in are available, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 5 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 5 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

    Great place, very clean, comfortable and located walking distance to the main street of Inverness. Crossing the street in front of the apartment could be treacherous for young children or elderly as it's pretty busy.

    We loved this apartment in Inverness! It is so central, making it easy to walk to everything. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment is very well furnished.

    A great apartment, modern and clean with good wifi. Only issue is a very early last day checkout but I was able to discuss with the very helpful owner who was able to extend. 5 minutes walk to the centre and a nice pub a minutes walk away. I would certainly consider another visit. Well Done

    3 jours en avril 2017. Très bien située, refait et très bien équipée de neuf (litteries, sdb, cuisine, wifi), globalement agréable, localisé au rdc par rapport à la photo, cad le long du troittoir et de la route. Ainsi une seule réserve, assez importante cependant : la chambre avec le lit double est située en bord d'une route très très empruntée par des voitures (tôt le matin jusqu'a très tard le soir) , qui plus est avec un feu de circulation et en côte. : bruit de moteurs maximal assuré ; trottoir passant et isolation phonique nulle pour cette chambre. Salon aussi "sur la rue", moins gênant côté bruit mais intimité très limitée.
