We had a lovely stay at Coulmore. The area is lovely and really close to Chanonry Point for dolphin watching and we were lucky to see the dolphins. The cooker in the caravan was missing the shelves so we gave up on it and we had planned our meals to make it an economical holiday so that was my only criticism. I would recommend it.

Excellent service from the owners, there were a couple of very small problems on which within half an hour of a phone call they were sorted. Location was very peaceful and beautiful.

Had a wonderful long weekend here with my husband and 2 year old son. The caravan was beautiful, well presented, very clean and had everything you need to cook and clean. The master bedroom is big with lots of storage. Kids beds are very narrow but that was ok for our son. Beds were super comfy. TV was a great size and signal was perfect. Kitchen and livingroom were a great size too. Bathroom was fab with a surprisingly big shower. Water was nice and hot. Very close to a kid's park and the water ( 2 min walk). Decked area is big and especially good if you have toddlers as you can close the gate and keep an eye on them from the window. 15 min drive to Inverness city center. Will definitely be back!
Perfect place for peaceful break

We were very impressed with the facilities within No 54 , everything one needed for a short break , It was comfortable and homely with two beautiful leather sofas instead of all round seating that is usually in a caravan , it was spotlessly clean and the decor was lovely , we will definitely be recommending this lovely holiday Caravan to our friends and family , and we certainly hope to return in the future .

First impressions the caravans don't go in numerical order, the only way we found ours was to go against the direction arrows, which then prompted a man to shout ''You cannot drive in that direction''......being private property this doesn't contravene any rules of the road, plus the car seemed physically OK to proceed against some faded arrows. Once there access was easy. For some reason the next morning at 08:30 the caravan immediately next to us needed immediate maintenance, no alarm clocks required for us as there were plenty of hammers and drills to wake up to. Inside though plenty of heaters and a gas fire sorted out the cold interior, seating area was ok, beds were extremely narrow but space is at a premium in any caravan......it's likely to be superior to any of the hideous things that people attach to the back of their cars. Check out was nice and flexible however as the owner had given us recovery time beyond the 10:00 check out time due to a whisky festival being attended the day after. The Sunday morning also had no noise from the caravan next to us. All in all it served a purpose by providing somewhere to sleep when all hotels were fully booked, however our expectations of being in a caravan haven't changed, it could never be described as a holiday......when on holiday you don't want to go home, stay in a caravan and you cannot wait

Thank you for your feedback. I feel that as you mention your dislike of caravans that your comments reflect that and am perplexed as to why you chose to stay in one and am naturally disappointed with your comments considering you were aware that you booked a caravan and not a hotel or apartment. We are sorry that all other hotel accommodation in the area was booked. We have made a fair bit of effort to make the caravan comfortable and warm and am glad you found this to be the case. As there are family caravans on the site with parents and children there is a one-way system for safety, there are signs marking this. Sorry about the noise from the neighbours DIY on your first night, glad to hear you were undisturbed throughout the rest of your stay.
Located 2 miles from North Kessock and 5 miles from Inverness. Great location with views over the Beauly Firth. Peaceful break with on-site facilities, base for exploring the Highlands. On-site facilities with good access to Inverness – own transport is recommended
