Cottage was immaculate and had all we needed for our stay and more. Ideal location for drives and walks in the northern part of Skye. A car/bike is probably required to explore all parts of the island and for big shops. Sea, countryside and mountains are all visible from the cottage and garden if you want to just stay in for the day. A perfect holiday home in a spectacular part of the country.

Our holiday on Skye could not have been bettered with excellent, comfortable, fully equipped accommodation in a lovely quiet setting in the north of the Trotternish Peninsular. Four days were spent touring round the lovely island in glorious sunny weather, eating and drinking some wonderful local produce. We will return again for a longer stay to investigate the parts we missed.

We had booked a three night stay at Rosehip Cottage, and although we knew some of the island, we weren't familiar with this area, or the cottage. It was love at first sight when we saw it advertised, and true long lasting love when we arrived!! The cottage is adorable, spick and span, soo soo clean, and just absolutely delightful. Immediately we starting day dreaming about living there! We will definitely go back to Rosehip cottage soon and will take the family with us. I cannot believe how lucky we got in finding this little gem.
A Traditional former crofters cottage in Digg nestling under the Trotternish Ridge on the North East side of the island, just a few minutes drive from the shore where among other wildlife otters and seals can often be observed. This cottage is in a wonderful location for water sports and other outdoor pursuits with an established outdoor centre a couple of miles up the coast. Rambling, Hill walking, Climbing and Fishing are just some of the activities to enjoy from this cottage.
