We live in Inverness but had friends coming to visit from out of town who needed somewhere to stay. They were very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment and all the little personal touches evident when they arrived too. We would definitely try to book again on their next visit.

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment in a very quiet area. It was ideal for us attending a wedding at the Kingsmills Hotel as it's less than half a mile along the road. Scott was very helpful and friendly. A welcoming bottle of wine when we arrived which was a nice touch. Thanks Scott, we really enjoyed our stay.

Easy parking. Easy to collect key. Comfy with all essentials although be aware of the wooden bed surround which sticks out in a fairly compact bedroom. We both got large bruises! Pint of milk, bottle of wine a very nice touch.

Ground floor flat with own parking space. Reasonable sized rooms.Double bed comfortable, but not large. Heated. Well equipped condition with all utensils and machines that you are likely to need. Electricity, bedding, towels, included in price. Most restaurants in town, so 15 mins walk. Our only problem was that on first night people either outside or in adjoining flat were talking late into the night, otherwise quiet

We were unimpressed with the hallway areas leading up to the unit, however, once inside, it was clear the owner has put a lot of effort and expense in upgrading this unit - very modern look and feel and had taken the trouble to include extras such as tangerines and a dram of whiskey and some nice scotch cookies - all of which were very much appreciated. The unit is a bit of a walk from the centre of town but not excessive. Would stay there again.

Nice clean and comfortable Appartment. Arranged with Scott to meet where he met on time. Facilities were good. Tea, coffee, sugar, fruit, cleaning products, towels and wine all provided. Only very small issues were, you have to push key in firmly to lock the door. Took a while to figure out. If your cooking bacon, make sure that internal door to where smoke alarm is situated is closed.

Compact and conveniently located apartment with some very thoughtful touches (the dram of whiskey was especially appreciated, the bouquet of flowers was beautiful). Great to be able to wash clothing mid trip and prepare our own meals; really appreciated pots/pans, cutlery, cups, oil, salt, coffee/teas, etc already on site. Bus stop outside was very convenient for us as we didn't want to rent a car and it was only about a 15-20 minute walk from town when we came back after evening service stopped through idyllic and peaceful neighborhoods. Bed a bit small and firm for us, but that's personal preference; it wasn't problematic just took some time to adjust. Everything is very well maintained, clean, and efficient. Recycling, compost bin, and energy efficient switches for all outlets/appliances also a big plus for us over hotels. Great value - thank you!
