This executive ground floor 2-bedroom apartment is a 10-minute walk from Inverness City Centre. Set in impressive wooded grounds with private parking.

Lounge: two 2-seater settees. Flat screen TV with Freesat channels, DVD player, coffee table
Kitchen: modern kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils
Dining area within kitchen: table and chairs to seat four
Master bedroom: super king-size bed or twin singles, bedside cabinets, hairdryer, built-in mirrored wardrobe with internal drawer storage, en suite shower room
Second bedroom: Super king-size bed or twin singles, bedside cabinets, free-standing wardrobe, 3 drawer unit, hairdryer
Family bathroom: bath with shower, wash hand basin, WC
All bed linen, towels and tea towels (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person)
Electricity and Wi-Fi
Numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, banks, etc all within a 10 minute walk.

Entry details: arrival time is anytime after 3pm, latest departure time is 10am. Early check in and late check out are available at an extra cost (subject to availability – please ask.)
A travel cot & high chair can be made available at no extra charge – no blankets provided.
Minimum stay of 2 nights. Corporate rates available for longer stays.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

A great apartment. Well positioned a short walk to Inverness town centre the flat is in very nice and quiet area. I was staying in the area for business purposes and it proved to be an ideal location to visit Loch Ness, a distillery or two and the surrounding area. An excellent alternative to a hotel and better value.

This is a great apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family and had comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Even had a vase for my flowers! The location was peaceful and on several occasions we walked into Inverness.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I had the best 3 weeks stay here. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the beds were super comfy. It was in a great location and is a 20 minute walk into the town centre. Overall my experience here was very good and I rate it 10 out 10.

Beautiful apartment, large white kitchen, equipped with all kinds of home appliances you can think of, tea bags available, wifi that worked perfectly, comfortable bedrooms, nice and clean bathrooms, 20 minutes walk from the city center. We really enjoyed staying there.

Very nice appartment. Just a 10 min. walk from the high street. Our apartment was clean, well stocked, and super new. We had zero issues and all was perfect.

We really enjoyed our Stay, ist was a nice newly build apartment. Only thing we missed was a bigger pan and a bigger pot to cook. Everything else was perfect and in a good condition.
Located in the quiet and secluded Culduthel area of Inverness, this apartment is within a 10-minute walk to the Inverness City Centre or the Inches retail park, with plenty of top quality restaurants within easy walking access and a variety of supermarkets a short drive or convenience stores again within a 10-minute walk.
