Situated on the outskirts of Aviemore near to Rothiemurchas on the road to the Cairngorm Mountain Ski Centre. Delmhor No4 sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Dog friendly rental in Aviemore.
Within walking distance of Aviemore town centre and on the Cairngorm Ski centre road Delmhor No 4 is a luxury holiday home fully refurbished in 2016.
All rooms are on the same level. Delmhor 4 is a detached house.
Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner – 3 seat settee, 2 seat settee and arm chair. Large flat screen TV with Freesat channels. Modern kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and table and chairs to seat 6.
Master bedroom – Double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes, en suite shower room.
Second bedroom – Double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe.
Third bedroom – Twin beds, built in wardrobe.
Family bathroom – bath with shower, wash hand basin, toilet.
Outside – front and back gardens have grass with patio area in back garden with a hot tub. There is a covered veranda at the front of the house with table and chairs for 4.
There is a private driveway suitable for parking 2 cars.
The house is in a small cul-de-sac with no through traffic.
All bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the price.
Numerous shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars, bank, etc all within a couple of minutes drive.

Check in time after 4pm, check out time 10am.
25% of the total rental is charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking with the final 75% as well as a refundable damage deposit due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. There is a 24-hour cooling off period after your booking is placed where you may cancel free of charge after that you will be required to pay the full rental amount if you cancel.
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

This was a beautiful house in a fabulous location. I would certainly recommend it to friends. It was equipped to a high standard and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Four of us had a lovely stay in Dellmhor No.4 - it is finished to a high spec and in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately, we didn't use the hot tub or sauna but enjoyed watching the red squirrels in the back garden. Would certainly consider a return visit. Thank you.

Beautiful property, set in a lovely quiet area. Walks direct from the door. Garden now includes a hot tub and sauna, fabulous to use after a day of walking.

The house was spotless when we arrived after a long ride and the hot tub was just what we needed. It is situated in a lovely quiet area, but still within walking distance of Aviemore. It was very comfortable and spacious and I would recommend this location if you want a nice quiet break away
Beautiful Holiday Home

This house is set a short distance from the main town and is within a new housing development. The road leading in to the development is still being worked on and there was on-going work in the garden of the property on arrival but this will be short term so I haven't let it affect my review of the property. Delmhor No. 4 is finished to a high standard and is spacious, comfortable and in a great location. Would have no hesitation re-booking the property. Gael Homes - who we booked through - are very easy to deal with too.

We had a fantastic week at Dehlmor No4. The house was exactly what we needed for three adults and three teenagers on an active holiday. We cycled straight from the house onto the cycle path. There are also plenty of walks an Loch Morlich is only a 10 min drive for watersports. The house was modern and decorated to a high standard. It had large comfortable couches and well equipped for 6 people to eat and relax. It was certainly cosy when we arrived back after a day out on our bikes. There was a large porch to sit out on in the evenings (don't forget midge repellent) and we played games in the large back garden. The house is within walking distance of Aviemore for those who would like a stroll to a restaurant and the supermarket in Aviemore has about everything you need. My only suggestions would be to raise the entrance lamphade - we had two folk over 6 feet and they kept dinging it and perhaps garden furniture out the back.

Had a fantastic stay, loved the house and the location is brilliant. Only the back garden let it down a wee bit, but definitely would recommend and stay again ?

We had a great week staying in Delmhor No.4. The house was very clean and tidy on arrival and suited our family of four perfectly. It is a perfect location for those wishing to be a little out of town but still within walking /cycling distance of the shops and further afield. The garden is a great size and nicely contained for our little boy to run around and play. Out and about the paths up to Glenmore and into the hills are great for running/walking & cycling after which Trips to the Pine Marten Café (Glenmore), Mountain Café(Aviemore) and Inshriach Nursery are highly recommended to refuel... :-)

Had a great holiday with walks on our doorstep. House comfortable but was missing a few basics, which would have made our stay more enjoyable. Kitchen was lacking casserole dishes and some pans didn't work on the induction hob so making a meal had to be rather basic. The lounge area would benefit from some lamps and a rug to lessen the noise from the wooden flooring. The twin bedded room had no wardrobe or storage for clothing but this is probably due to it's size. That said, the house is lovely and the location couldn't be better for some beautiful walks in the area. Weather was very kind to us!

Very clean modern spacious and comfortable cottage great location and good price,very nice to be able to see wildlife whilst having breakfast,one small negative is the rear garden being incomplete perhaps a small 4ft fence with a gate would be ideal to keep the kids in and still have access to the woods and track,the siting of a shed where the cable is would allow for bikes etc to be locked away and the cleaning up of the old trees would be welcomed all in all we would book again for comfort and location

We booked this at short notice so were pleased to find it available, particularly for a four day let. It's all very new and in great condition. The location is very handy being close to Aviemore, but also in the Rothiemurchus forest. It's set back from the main road to Loch Morlich, so the traffic is visible but not really noisy or intrusive. We had some issues with the WiFi, dropping the internet connection intermittently although this could have been an external problem.

Great location for access to forest trails for biking or walking. House in excellent condition with nice back garden although will be even better once this is finished! Have stayed in similar sized accommodation in Aviemore but this is definitely better value for money. All in all extremely comfortable and good size. Only point for improvement would be some childrens plastic crockery and cups. And somewhere secure to lock up bikes. Overall 9/10!

The holiday home offers guests a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre yet is still within walking distance (2 miles) for guests who prefer not to drive, cycle or take a taxi to and from the town centre.
