The instructions and arrangements for check in were clear. The apartment was excellent, very spacious and well appointed. The location was superb, with a view of the Castle, and a balcony on which to have coffee whilst listening to pipers play. The city centre was literally on the doorstep, allowing us to walk everywhere, knowing that the car was safe in the secure garage. Inverness is the perfect location for exploring the Highlands (the road outside the appartment goes directly to Loch Ness, Fort William and the west coast). So t was ideal having been out all day, to get back and either walk out of the door and have a selection of restaurants within twp minutes, or cook a meal and relax in the comfort of the lovely apartment.

Wouldn't have minded a view that overlooked the river rather than the road. However couldn't fault the apartment itself which was great, really Central and very clean with lovely shower, kitchen and living space. Thank you

The Apartment was in a great location right on the river & close to the train & bus station. The apartment was roomy & comfortable, well equipped but some of the furnishings were a bit tired (curtains & blinds). Would definitely consider staying here again if visiting Inverness.

A great appartment with lots of space to sit and relax. A great bed, a shower (instead of standing in the bath) a (almost) complete kitchen and two toilets. The rooms are clean, the building is neat and tidy and to be there feels like being at home. Minor points: lots of noice coming from the streets, also during the night. Plus points: during the linnenchange, they also took the garbage, the glass and paper for recycling!

We stayed here 3 years ago and it was very good then but we did have a couple of negative comments to do with the shower head and kitchen faucet being in poor repair. This time was even better as the negative points had been sorted. This apartment is clean and provides everything that you might need. Every time that we have been here we have been halfway through our tour so we have been short on clothes and supplies but by the time we have washed and dried the clothes and restocked at the nearby supermarkets we are ready to go again. Inverness is quite a small place but I like it and the Bridge St apartments make it an easy place to visit.

I cannot fault anything with this apartment. From the location to the layout and the ease of collecting the keys, everything was perfect. It is much larger than I expected and has everything you would need for a short break or a long stay. Extremely comfortable and well furnished. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Inverness, and will be recommending it to everyone.

This is a good choice in Inverness. Near the train station, markets, shops and restaurants. We had a problem with the heater (the hot water finished during a bath in the middle of the night). Howerver, the staff solved the problem in the next early morning. The apartament is confortable with complete kitchen.

First impressions very nice, however a number of things did not work which should have been picked up. A number of lights did not work e.g. bedroom, cooker and under units, fans did not work, refuse instructions unclear, kitchen tap need's attention, not enough plates etc. and lastly very poor ventilation, all took a bit of the shine off the overall stay. But still nice however if we used again would insist on a river view apartment.

The booking was made for my parents (both in their seventies) to have a short city break and they really enjoyed their stay By the Bridge. The booking process was straightforward with simple instructions provided for getting and leaving keys.Their one bedroom flat was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything they needed in terms of preparing food and relaxing. The location at the bottom of the High Street was ideal for shopping, restaurants and the theatre. I'm sure they will be back in future. Many thanks.

I could not fault this apartment Location and excellent condition of this property made it the ideal short stay that I was looking for If I could just suggest a couple of very small things, I would put in a coat stand or somewhere to hang your jackets in the hall or by the wardrobe this is the same also for your other apartments which I have used in the past Provide some washing machine washing tabs or powder, and sugar in a bowl or jar rather than just some sachets. I have stayed in other apartments close by and they provide bottled water milk and some other basic essentials which make a nice touch and give a better impression on arrival instead of having to and get these items on arrival yourself, and as you are paying a premium price for your properties I think it make a very good first impression

The apartment is very large with lots of space and great modern facilities with a dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable sofa and chairs. It is right by the river and high street so easy to go shopping and visit pubs and some of the best restaurants. The apartment was very clean and we stayed for 4 nights so there was no cleaning or towel changes. Good value for money as a hotel with a much smaller room would be the same price. They do take the first night booking immediately so ensure you are confirmed to stay. Keys collection is easy but only after 15.00.

Very nice apartment and in excellent condition. Couldn't believe the value for money and couldn't have been more central. Only thing I would say is that the check out time isn't great. 10am is far too early and it meant we couldn't enjoy our saturday night as we had to get up early and drive. A more reasonable checkout like 12 would be preferable.

The flat provides an optimum experience of living within the hub or centre of Inverness without all of the hassle of living within the confines of a double bedroom within a hotel. It is a stones throw from the shops and restaurant and what is truly wonderful is the ability to relax in an environment you can call your own. Incredible value, large flat with modern and quality finish. Very impressed and will use again as have done so in the past.

Upon arrival, we noticed it was very warm in the apartment (no AC). We contacted the management and they quickly provided a fan for use in the apartment. The folks were very professional and cheerful. The location was great and the facilities were very comfortable. A little skimpy on some of the amenities...just a few coffee-tea-sweetner packs, no skillet/frying pan (there is now because we bought one across the street at the Pound Saver). Overall, we were pleased and enjoyed our time in Inverness from this location.

We chose to stay here because of the location, the apartments have balconies where we could smoke, and the price was better or comparable to other hotels in the center of Inverness. The facilities available were wasted on us to a degree. We stayed only two nights and did not make much use of the kitchen. We also did not need the parking garage. If you are travelling to Inverness by car and want to make you own meals, the apartment is perfect. Avoid driving during evening rush hour however. When our tour van returned from Loch Ness at 16:30, it took almost 45 minutes to drive the last 3 miles on the road coming into town over the bridge. The pickup of the keys at Zizzi's Restauran was very smooth. As we arrived late at 21:15, it was one of the few restaurants still open for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised. They served one the best pizza I have ver had in Europe.

Centrally located with a nice view of the castle, we used it as a base for exploring Inverness and Loch Ness. It worked well for our first family holiday with our 7 month old baby - plenty of room for our travel cot, pram etc. We also found the very convenient underground secure car parking to be a real bonus, as we had a car full of baby stuff with us and it made it easy to load and unload everything up to th apartment without getting wet or walking too far away. The pick-up point for the keys was further away than anticipated, but overall we really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic apartment.

This was a fantastic location. Very comfortable apartment, well appointed, spacious. Fantastic for a city apartment. Only very minor gripe was that the fans didn't work in either bathroom and that some of the tap fittings were a little dodgy...no doubt just typical wear and tear. Apart from that everything else was fantastic. Would stay again anytime. Had a great time there.

Pleased with the location and spaciousness of the apartment, far better than just booking a hotel room. Only disappointment was reading in the info book that guests were expected to clean through on vacating the apartment - certainly not what was expected after a weekend away and taking into account the amount paid.

We have stayed in Inverness before, but the apartment was a real improvement on our previous accomodation in terms of secure parking, comfort and location. The apartment is ideally located for popping out for an evening meal in Inverness after a hard days sightseeing/whisky tasting and the accomodation was perfect for our requirements. We selected 208 having reviewed other available apartments in the block and it won out on value for money, location in the block and layout (large L shaped seating in lounge - ideal for two to sprawl on whilst relaxing) It was very nice to feel secure & safe in leaving your car during the day too. In fact the only niggle was that the parking bays are a bit narrow - but that is often the case in underground car parks. We enjoyed ourseleves so much that we will be booking again for next year once 2015 dates are available

A really comfortable apartment in a central location beside the river in Inverness City centre. Fall out of the apartment and straight into a vibrant city centre. Also an excellent location for touring the Highlands. Apartment is to a high standard, although it does have its flaws. The shower en suite needs attention, as it has mould due to leakage from the shower. Would also benefit from a light above the mirror, particularly for shaving. Otherwise the accommodation could not be faulted.

Location

Situated in one of Inverness's exclusive apartment developments, on the banks of the River Ness and just off the main street the apartment is less than two minutes' walk from the Inverness shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
