All bed linen, towels, electricity and secure private parking is included in the price. The holiday home is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (if applicable), toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies. A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings). No smoking is permitted within the holiday home. Sorry no pets. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £50 will be required as part of your final balance payment. Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets. Please note - The apartment is on the upper floor of Woodlands House. There are views to the front garden and toward Strathpeffer from the lounge, master bedroom and family bathroom. The entrance to the apartment is at the rear of the house - the access to the apartment is up a small flight of steps that would not be suitable for those that suffer with poor mobility. |

Directions & travel info By Car - Follow the A9 north over the Kessock Bridge at Inverness and onto the Black Isle. Continue for approx' 5 miles to the TOre roundabout. Take the second exit (A835) toward Dingwall. Continue for around 7 miles. At the Maryburgh roundabout take the 3rd exit toward Dingwall. Continue into Dingwall. Turn left at the traffic lights toward Strathpeffer. Follow the road out of Dingwall passed the petrol station on the left and Vauxhall garage on the right. Continue for around 4 miles. On arriving in Strathpeffer turn right into the village square and follow the road up the hill toward the golf course. Approx' 500 yards up the hill turn left (opposite the Free Church). Continue along for 300 yards and Woodlands House is on your right. Parking for the Apartment is on the left hand lane to the left hand side of the house as you look at the house. The parking space on the right to the front of the double garage is for use of the other residents. Please do not park in front of the garage.
