Holm Farm Apartments, built in the summer of 2014, offer quality accommodation in a quiet location as they are mainly occupied by private residents. Sitting on the south east outskirts of Inverness between Slackbuie and the Holm areas of Inverness this 2 bedroom apartment is suited to those that wish to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but are within easy reach of it within 10 minutes by car or bus.

The local area has out of town shopping areas with large Supermarkets within a few minutes’ walk or drive and a retail shopping centre with a variety of shops. For guests from the Highlands traveling to visit friends or family in hospital, Raigmore Hospital is around a 5 minute drive.

Ideally situated as a base for visiting the wider Highlands the apartment is just off the southern distributor road which provides excellent easy access to the A9 for travelling north or south and also for Loch Ness and west to the Isle of Skye and north west coast.

Aviemore and the Cairngorm National park can be reached in half an hour by car and John o’Groats and Thurso around 2 hours away.

The apartment is available for rental all year around and has a minimum stay period of 2 nights.

Accommodation & Facilities

Entrance hallway with doors to lounge, both bedrooms and family bathroom.

Lounge – Airy room with south facing French windows. 3 seat and 2 seat leather settees, coffee table, flat panel TV with Freeview. Dining table and chairs for 4 guests.

Kitchen – off the lounge. Fully fitted modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a small breakfast table suitable for 2.

Master bedroom – good sized room with kingsize bed (US Queen), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes. En suite shower room with plumbed shower and heated towel rail. There is a hairdryer provided.

Second bedroom – 2 single beds, bedside unit, wardrobe.

Family bathroom – bath with electric shower, wash hand basin and wc. Heated towel rail.

The apartment is heated throughout by gas central heating.

Wi-Fi internet access is provided at no extra cost.

Available for rental throughout the year. Minimum 3 night stay.

Rental includes all bed linen and towels (1 bath and 1 hand towel per person per booking).

A starter supply of housekeeping items are supplied such as dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls.

Check in time is any time after 3pm. Check out time is 10am.

The apartments does not have a reception facility. Key collection is onsite details of which will be provided before your arrival.

Sorry we are unable to accept pets.

There is no smoking in the apartment.

Location & Directions

By Car –

On the A9 as you approach Inverness exit left toward the Police HQ and Raigmore Hospital.

Continue to the Inshes roundabout (100 metres away) and continue straight through, 3rd exit, passing the Police Station on your right. You are on Sir Walter Scott Drive.

At the next roundabout continue straight on – 2nd exit.

At the next roundabout continue straight on - 3rd exit – onto the B8082.

At the next roundabout continue straight on - 3rd exit – continue on the B8082. Passing Asda on your left.

At the next roundabout continue straight through passing the Inverness Gaelic Primary School on your right.

At the next roundabout (Inverness Royal Academy on your right) – take the first exit toward Inverarnie on the B861 – continue up the hill.

Take the first right onto Culduthel Mains Road.

Take the first right onto Holm Farm Road then take the 2nd left then first right.

Follow the road down the hill and the apartment block is on the right.

Parking is not allocated, best park at the far end as the apartment is the ground floor corner one on the left. The main door is the left hand door.

Once through the communal entrance turn left through the fire door and the apartment is the No57 which is the first one you will come to.

If arriving by train or bus you would be best taking a taxi from the ranks by either station. The fare will be around £10.
