This luxury first floor apartment is set in a prime location on the banks of the River Ness and is within easy reach of the City centre, less than 5 minutes drive or a 30 minute walk.

Built to an extremely high standard, this stylish very spacious apartment incorporates furnishings, fittings and finishings of the highest quality throughout.

The apartment benefits from private on-site parking, free internet access, large 3D TV with Freeview HD, gas fired central heating, double glazing, communal lift, secure entrance and not forgetting views over the River Ness from the lounge and balcony.

Accommodation & Facilities

The lounge has ample seating and is light and airy with windows overlooking the River Ness, a small balcony is off the lounge. There is a 3D HD TV with Freeview, 3D DVD player and iPod dock. There is a Wi-Fi internet router with free unlimited internet access.

The kitchen has electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, integrated dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge and freezer.

The master bedroom is of a good size with Kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, built-in mirrored wardrobes and has an en-suite situated within the turret comprising of a corner bath, mains fed shower, WC and wash hand basin. There is an alarm clock radio and hairdryer.

The second bedroom is a twin room.

There is a shower room with off the main hall with mains fed shower, WC and wash hand basin.

There is an iron and ironing board in the utility cupboard.

Outside there is an established communal garden grounds surrounding the property with an allocated parking space and additional parking for visitors.

Enjoying a regular bus service to and from the City centre, Rossie Lodge is well placed for either business, pleasure or visiting family. There is a Tesco supermarket a few minutes away and a local shop and Post Office close by.

A cot and high chair are available at no extra cost.

Sorry we are not able to accommodate pets.

The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Cancellation policy - the first nights rental will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 5 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 5 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Key collection details will be emailed upon receipt of final payment 5 days prior to arrival. Please ensure you are able to collect email at that time before booking.

Check in time anytime after 15:00, check out time 10:00.

Location & Directions

By Car from the South, avoiding driving through the city centre.

On the A9 as you approach Inverness exit left toward the Police HQ and Raigmore Hospital.
Continue to the Inshes roundabout (100 metres away) and continue straight through, 3rd exit, passing the Police Station on your right. You are on Sir Walter Scott Drive.
At the next roundabout continue straight on – 2nd exit.
At the next roundabout continue straight on - 3rd exit – onto the B8082.
At the next roundabout continue straight on - 3rd exit – continue on the B8082. Passing Asda on your left.
At the next roundabout continue straight through passing the Inverness Gaelic Primary School on your right.
At the next roundabout continue straight on – 2nd exit – passing Inverness Royal Academy on your right.
At the next roundabout continue straight on – 2nd exit.
At the next roundabout continue straight on – 2nd exit.
At the last roundabout take the last exit before coming back on yourself, passing Tesco on your left.
You are now on Dores Road.
Continue along Dores Road for ¾ mile. Rossie Lodge is on your left.

By Car from the West (Fort William road)

As you enter Inverness pass the Highland Council HQ on the right and continue along Glen Urquhart Road.
At the traffic lights keep in the right hand lane and continue across the River Ness bridge.
Continue straight on passing Primark on the left. Follow the road as it veers to the right at MacDonalds and Continue up Castle Street. At the lights turn right down the small hill onto Haugh Road.
Continue for about 1 mile and Rossie Lodge is on the right.

On Foot from the Train Station

It is about 2 miles and a 30 minute walk from the train station.
Turn left onto Academy Street then right onto Inglis Street. Turn right onto the High Street then left at MacDonald’s onto Castle Street. At the traffic lights cross over onto the other side and take the right hand road down onto Haugh Road. Continue along Haugh Road and Rossie Lodge is around a mile along on the right.

The apartment was highly convenient for all our needs, we found it to be high quality throughout. We liked the lift and the ease of parking. We found the local Tesco ideal for top up shopping as befits visiting an apartment. We used the A8082 route to skirt round the town centre.

The apartment was spacious, clean and contained all the necessary white goods etc - location on the banks of the river was very picturesque - the apartment was a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and only a short distance from the Tesco supermarket and the local post office - all in all a very good choice and we would certainly return for another visit

Fabulous accommodation. Very clean & excellently presented. Everything you could need and more. Idyllic position on the banks of the River Ness with lovely views from windows and balcony and nobody overlooking the apartment. Would not hesitate to return and have already recommended it to others.

Very quiet location, lovely views of the Ness but easy drive into Inverness. The apartment was well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Beautiful bedding and furniture. Everything for a perfect stay. Plenty of parking as well.
