Once a two story house the property has been very recently converted into ground floor and first floor apartments.

This first floor apartment offers spacious accommodation all on one level and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes walk from the city centre. An ideal location offering visitors the best of both worlds – a quiet spot on a no through road yet in the heart of the city centre city, close to the shops, restaurants, bars and attractions.

Each apartment has a private entrance and there is free roadside parking outside the apartment (permit provided) and free WiFi internet access.

If you are visiting Inverness to catch up with family, spending some time shopping and relaxing on a city break or on a business trip then Innes Street Apartment is a perfect place to be. Preferential rates are available for block bookings and longer stays.

Accommodation & Facilities

The private entrance to the apartment is on the front of the property. A staircase leads to the first floor landing with doorway to the bathroom with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc. A second doorway leads to the separate lounge with ample seating, coffee table, TV with DVD player. The lounge has a small dining area with table and 2 chairs.

The fully kitchen has a gas oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

A spacious bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side cabinets. There is also an alarm radio.

The apartment is heated throughout by gas fired central heating. Hot water is on demand.

A hairdryer, iron & ironing board and clothes horse are in the apartment also.

Parking permit supplied for the duration of your stay for one parking space on street on the Innes Street cul-de-sac.

A cot and high chair are available at £12 per item per booking

The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Cancellation policy - the first nights rental will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 5 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 5 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Key collection details will be supplied upon receipt of payment 5 days prior to arrival. Please ensure you are able to collect email at that time before booking.

Check in time anytime after 16:00, check out time 10:00.

Location & Directions

From the train station on foot – from the front door turn right onto Academy Street then first right onto Struthers Lane. At the end of Struthers Lane turn left at the Budget Rent-a-car office along Railway Terrace. At the end of Railway Terrace take the walkway under the dual carriage and onto Innes Street. The apartment is half way down Innes Street on the right and is numbered 56.

From the south by car – On the A9 take the first exit at the Longman Roundabout just before the Kessock Bridge. Continue to the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit. Continue passed Kwik Fit on the left over the bridge to the Rose Street roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and keep in the right hand lane. At the Shore Street roundabout take the 4th (last exit) along Shore Street then within 100 metres turn right onto Innes Street. Continue about and the apartment is about 100 metres up on the left number 56.

We were delighted with the location,its proximity to the town was ideal. The apartment itself was beautifully done, it was immaculate inside, very simple and tastefully decorated,with all the amenities you require. We thought that it represented good value for money and we would definitely stay with you again. We also were very impressed with the way you delt with a query we had, so hopefully we will see you again.

I liked the accommodation because it was clean, well presented, and offered all facilities required for my stay. It is well situated too, as it was within walking distance of the training venue that I was attending, and also within reasonable walking distance of Inverness town centre, for exploration/shopping/eating there too. I felt that it was good value for money too, given the price of other options for accommodation. I particularly like the key safe arrangement for accessing the property, as it alleviates the pressure on the owners to wait around to meet their guests, especially if/when travel connections are not on time. I felt it was a real 'home from home', and have already recommended it to friends and family, should they need somewhere to stay in Inverness. I would certainly consider staying again, should it be available, on another trip to the City.

Could not fault it. Everything new, plenty of room, handy location. Great opportunity to have some home cooked meals and do some washing. I would definitely recommend this apartment or stay there again.

Great place to stay
Couldn't fault the apartment in any way. It was very clean and modern with a few small touches that made our stay just that little bit more comfortable such as having a selection of dvds to watch and also lots of leaflets of things to do.

The apartment was exceptionally clean on arrival, spacious and well equipped for a busy weekend in Inverness. Location was excellent with local ammenities within walking distance.
