The Steading is in the private garden of the owners house.

Guests have sole use of the apartment and will have privacy.

The owners will meet guests upon arrival or make arrangements for guests to collect the keys on-site.

Location & Directions

Arriving by car on the A9 from the south: Turn off the A9 toward Inshes and Raigmore hospital. At the roundabout take the 5th exit toward the hospital, staying in the left hand lane. At the traffic lights continue straight ahead. At the next mini-roundabout continue straight on. At the next set of traffic lights at the Kingsmills hotel stay in the left lane and continue straight ahead. Take the next right signposted ‘Town Centre’ onto Annfield Road. Take the second on the left onto Old Edinburgh Road. Continue for about 300 metres. The apartment is in the grounds of 54 Old Edinburgh Road, there is a wall sign ’54 Delmuir’. Drive onto the driveway in front of the house. The apartment is accessed via the black metal gate to the side of the house.
