We couldn't have been happier with Harbour Heights – an immaculately furnished, spacious (yet cosy!) holiday home with fantastic views of the sea from the upstairs rooms. We booked for Christmas week and really appreciated all the gorgeous decorations in every room – not to mention the welcome hamper with mulled wine, chocolates and even treats for our two very happy canines! Highly recommended.

Hi - we had a fantastic week at Harbour Heights and could not have asked for a more perfect holiday home. The house was beautifully furnished and maintained - and we particularly appreciated all the lovely Christmas decorations and the festive hamper. And those sea views!! It really did feel like a home from home.

I will have no hesitation in recommending the property to all my friends and we will definitely be back for a repeat visit!

Many thanks again and a Happy New Year to you!

Best wishes

“A beautiful house with everything you could possibly need to make a perfect home from home. Ideal for a half-term break for this family of five. Waking up to uninterrupted views across the harbour was a lovely start to the day. St Monans is well placed to explore the East Neuk, an area we love to visit. Thanks for sharing your house - we will definitely be back!”

"Lovely views"

We were delighted with our stay in HarbourHeights in St Monans. It was a delightful property with lovely views over the harbour and sea. The owners attention to detail in furniture and furnishings was excellent. The cottage was warm, comfortable and clean. The family could easily spend more time there and the ease of booking and arrangements were straightforward too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. All the family said the same. Beds very comfortable with lovely linen. House very clean with plenty of equipment. Had a nice bbq on the Friday night in the sheltered back yard despite it being windy out front. Super views as well. I would certainly recommend to others; think family would like to come back to harbour heights for a holiday in the future.

"Wonderful views"

TS Properties were wonderful. We arrived at 9pm to a cosy home with goodies and milk in the fridge - exactly what we needed after a long journey. The house was spotless and so very beautiful. Every corner had interest and a personal touch added. We loved our stay and only regretted we couldn't stay longer. We look forward to a return visit.

Its a beautifully furnished house and everything to an excellent standard. It was really clean and welcoming. We were very impressed with the house and all of us would consider staying again and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Can I also say your booking procedure is great. Very easy and supportive - will definitely use you again :)

“Fabulous house -real home from home”

Three friends and I stayed here for a week and were absolutely delighted with Harbour Heights. Although it is slightly farther from Harbour than I thought - it is elevated and gives fantastic views. Its a spacious house over three floors. The lounge is on the first floor giving fabulous views over St Monans to the sea. The three bedrooms are all spacious and well furnished especially the main bedroom on the second floor. The kitchen was more well equipped than my own kitchen! (including dish washer and washing machine). The whole house has been furnished superbly - one of my friends was so impressed with the bedlinen that she went online and ordered some the same (which got home before she did). The whole quality of this house is excellent and was a real home from home. The only slight issue we would say was that it would not be suitable for those with some mobility issues. There is a lot of going up and down stairs and the shower is over the bath- and the bath has a narrow bottom so it doesn't always feel very stable getting in and out. However we are all in our late 50's/early 60's and coped fine. We all loved this house and would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others. The East Neuk of Fife is a fabulous part of the world - with lots to do.

“Excellent value/location for the money”

Very nice accommodation in a lovely and very quiet small village, very well located so easy to go around if you want to. The house is as nice as shown in the pictures and fulfil perfectly the description. The only thing that could be improved is that it's not possible to have complete darkness in the sleeping rooms, therefore at dawn it gets quickly very light so you might wake up earlier than expected. Will definitively keep it in my address book for future trips!

"A nice surpise"

Stayed in harbour heights for a week over Easter with extended family of 4 generations for an international gathering with family in another rental nearby and this house was perfect for location It exceeded all our expectations in every way. A very stylish House with amazing attention to detail in every room and the views blew us away. Good places to hide easter eggs! The courtyard was really good as almost BBQ weather Easter weekend. Although not elderly friendly my 88 year old Mum managed the spiral staircase and loved the window seat in the lounge. This rental would be hard to beat for value and we hope to return one day. Minor problem was the shower being cold at times but prompt attention by owners assured us of constant hot showers towards end of week. The local pub was good and easy to get fish locally and farm shops nearby for fruit/veg etc . Would thoroughly recommend this for self catering

"Lovely seaside stay"

I stayed in this house over Hogmanay and couldn't have enjoyed it more. A great location and easy to find. With a driveway and plenty of parking space on the street. Beautifully decorated with great attention to detail - the seaside theme was very fitting. Great, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Must be fit and able to use all the stairs. I stayed in the attic room which had great views over the water but accessible using a narrow staircase. The kitchen had all the utensils required for self-catering and there was a shop nearby for supplies. Harbour Heights is one of the best rentals I've stayed in. Would highly recommend to anyone. Was great for the 5 adults and a toddler but there was room for more people. Lots to do in the area.

"Fantastic accommodation, lovely location, great price"

We stayed over New Year with 5 adults and a young child. The booking process and information provided pre trip was excellent. We arrived at 4pm, just as the sun was setting and had the most magnificent view of the Forth. First impressions of the house were that is was wonderfully equipped for a self catering, really cosy, everything you could think of plus a delightful hamper of luxurious goodies. The kitchen was really well equipped, with every utensil we required and lovely crockery, jugs and glasses - far better than the usual Cheap items supplied in self catering accomodation. Dining room was a fantastic size and great for dining and entertaining. The living room upstairs was almost too cosy with the blankets! Great selection of games, books and DVDs. All the beds were extremely comfy and the master bedroom was a great size, plenty of room for the cot and the little one to run around. The decor throughout is very tasteful and there are lots of adorable little touches. We were delighted the Christmas decorations were up. The wifi connection was super, allowing the boys to stream the football match! St Monans is a great town, lovely harbour just a few minutes walk away, the spar was equipped with everything you could need and the surrounding area and beaches is just fantastic. The little garden area out the back was so cute, would be better used by us if it was summer! Thanks for providing us with the perfect accommodation to start off our 2015! We will be recommending and possibly even returning.

Mrs L. Wade : 9th January, 2015

We had a very enjoyable time in this beautiful house. In over 20 years of self catering it ranks in the top 3 of the most memorable and comfortable houses.

Boran Family : 4th November, 2014

“Fabulous, spacious holiday rental, beautiful village”

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2014. First up, it was great that we could get a 3 dat rental as many places insisted on minimum 7 days. Booking arrangements were smooth. Very happy with the property, couldnt believe how spacious it was for us (two adults, two teenagers) and good value for money. Surprised to find the lunge on the first floor, since we thought we had seen it on the ground floor, but no, that was just the the dining room! We cooked here, good facilities, lovely village location, It suited us perfectly and we will come again when visiting relatives in Fife. Cant fault it, except for... it took a while to find the power cord for the electric shower which was behind the bathroom door. Perhaps a note somewhere on this for those of us not used to electric showers?! Thanks for the stay PS there are a lot of stairs as the house is on 4 floors, so not suitable for anyone where mobility is an issue. Stairs are a wide spiral with good rails, just a lot of them.

Mrs K. Gillespie : 16th July, 2014

“Fabulous place!”

Superbly furnished and finished and a great location to visit everywhere in the East Neuk. Thoroughly recommend!

Mrs M. Pearson : 30th June, 2014

“Fully equipped for your stay”

This is an excellent quality property for a short or long stay. The property meets all your holiday requirements and needs while staying in St Monans. The property is over 3 floors and may cause difficulty to those who have any issues climbing stairs. We would not hesitate in recommending it to friends and we will be using it again.

Mr D. MacRitchie : 9th April, 2014

“A Peaceful Retreat”

Just spend a wonderful weekend at the property. Stunning house, stunning location&the sunrise over the harbour is something that will stay in the memory. Loved it and would highly recomend to anyone. Location is great for exploring the Fife coastline.

Miss J. Cowan : 14th February, 2014

“Everything you could ever want in a holiday rental!”

This holiday home is in a perfect location looking right over onto the sea. St Monans is a small enough place for it to be relaxing, but close enough to places like St Andrews and Anstruther for day trips. The house was decorated to an extremely high standard with everything you could EVER need in it, including hot water bottles, hair driers, plenty of kitchen ware and even a remote controlled fire place! I had a very relaxing time there and am looking forward to returning soon!

Mrs M. McKenzie : 10th January, 2014

“Lovely home from home”

Beautifully and tastefully decorated home with attention given to every detail. Marketed with 2 bathrooms but only one plus one separate WC. We had 5 adults staying for 2 nights and a second bath/shower would have been useful. We would love to stay again but the lack of a second bath/shower might put us off. Beds were very comfortable. Ideally located. We would like to suggest a quick easy guide to use the facilities eg heating, wifi might be helpful.

Mrs. J. Smith : 1st November, 2013

“Stunning house, stones throw from harbour with beautiful sea views.”

My husband and I stayed here with good friends over the September weekend and it was a fantastic house for grown ups. Furnishings and decor were of a very high standard and there were lots of beautiful pieces of art to enjoy. The house was immaculate, comfortable and welcoming but not fussy. Husbands made the most of proximity to the harbour for early morning fishing, while my friend and I enjoyed coffee looking out to sea from the window seat in the first floor lounge. Within two minutes of walking through the door we were discussing making our trip an annual event. Only drawback One of the two double bedrooms was beautiful but accessed by steep stairs and did not have a door. However, there were two other, private bedrooms, and also bed settees available.

Mrs M. Sciallo : 2nd October, 2013

Absolutely idyllic. I could live here forever!

Dickson Family : 6th July, 2013

We just had another fantastic family weekend here, the house just gets better and better!
