The apartment is on the second floor accessed via 2 flights of stairs at the back of the shopping centre.

Lounge/kitchen/Dining area: 3 seat settee, 2 arm chairs and stool. Wood burning stove (wood available to buy at the hardware store located nearby), TV with Freeview, breakfast bar with 4 stools, electric oven and hob, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, tassimo coffee maker, cafetiere, plenty kitchenware. Access to balcony with views over the main street.

Bedroom1: double bed, bedside unit with light, wardrobe, mirror.

Bedroom2: 2 bunk beds (Adult size 200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

Ample parking outside the apartment.

There is electric central heating with radiators in every room.

Wi-fi is included at no extra cost.

Sorry no pets.

There is a hairdryer and ironing board.

Bike hire: Mike’s bike hire is directly underneath the apartment.
Ski/Snowboard hire: directly underneath the apartment. Lift passes for Cairngorm Mountain also available.

Anything else you need to know:

Booking terms & cancellation policy: 25% of the total rental is charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking with the final 75% as well as a £100 refundable damage deposit due no later than 6 weeks before arrival. There is a 24-hour cooling off period after your booking is placed where you may cancel free of charge after that you will be required to pay the full rental amount if you cancel.

Cancellation protection is available and offered during the booking process.

Entry details: arrival time is any time after 4pm, latest departure time is 10am. Late check out and early check in are available, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

Location & Directions

From the south by car: Continue through Aviemore. At the mini-roundabout beside the RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) take the second exit. Immediately after you exit, the Myrtlefield Shopping Centre is on the right the apartment is above Boots Pharmacy. Take the first on the right and follow the road down to right to park in the Myrtlefield Shopping centre car park. To access the apartment make your way to the Royal Mail Depot which is to the left of Mike’s bike hire. Take the staircase under the sign ‘Main road and shops’. Go up the stairs to the top, through the green door, turn right. The apartment is Number 7.

From the north by car: as you enter Aviemore on Grampian Road as you near the mini-roundabout turn off left opposite the Winking Owl restaurant before the Coffee Pot Café (on the left). Follow the road to the right into the Myrtlefield Shopping centre car park and follow the directions to the apartment as above when coming from the south.

By train: leave the train station, turn right along Grampian road. Continue for 500 metres. As you pass the RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) continue along the shops of the Myrtlefield Shopping centre. Take the alley way after the Skiing Doo restaurant, keep left then take the stairs. At the top of the stairs go through the green door, turn right. The apartment is Number 7.
