This fully renovated, modern styled, apartment offers guests comfortable accommodation in a great location just a few metres away from the city centre restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and all other amenities. A parking permit is provided for free parking along the nearby riverside, less than 50 metres from the apartment front door.

Accommodation & Facilities

Entrance: private doorway off the main street. All rooms are on the ground floor.

Lounge: 2 x 2 seat settee plus arm chair, ample seating for 4 guests, coffee table, TV with Freesat channels. Large airy room with windows to the front with partial view of the river Ness less than 50 metres away.

Kitchen: electric oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, rockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware. Table and chairs for dining for 4 guests.

Bedroom1: King size bed, bedside units with lights, fitted mirrored wardrobe.

Bedroom2: 2 single beds, bedside unit with light, fitted mirrored wardrobe.

Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Mirror with Bluetooth speaker system.

Heating: The apartment has a new electric central heating system with hot water heated electrically also.

Wi-Fi: internet access is included at no extra cost (from mid April 2017)

All bed linen, towels and tea towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person)

Parking: a parking permit is provided for on-street parking on Ness Bank, 50 metres from apartment.

A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.

Supermarket: Tesco – 5 minutes walk on Tomnahurich Street over Ness Bridge. Co-op on church Street, again within a 5 minute walk. 200 metres away.
Pubs: various within the city centre – nearest is 20 metres away.
Restaurants - various within the city centre – nearest is 50 metres away.
Take Away food - various within the city centre – nearest is 100 metres away.
Shops: various within the city centre – nearest is 50 metres away.
Theatre/cinema: Eden Court Theatre is about a 3 minute walk.

Anything else you need to know:

Booking terms & cancellation policy: the first nights’ rental is charged on the day of booking to confirm your booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The final balance will be due no later than 5 days before your arrival date and is non-refundable once paid.

Cancellation protection is available and offered during the booking process.

Entry details: arrival time is anytime after 3pm, latest departure time is 10am.

Late check out and early check in are available, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

Location & Directions

By Car: Follow the A9 north toward the Kessock Bridge roundabout. Turn first left at the roundabout and follow the short dual carriage way passed the BMW and Mercedes garages on your left until you reach the Longman Roundabout. Go straight through the roundabout (second exit) and follow the road passed Kwik Fit (on your left), over the railway bridge toward the next roundabout. Leave the roundabout on the second exit and follow the short carriage-way to the next roundabout. Take the first exit along Chapel Street. Approx 150 metres along you will see a junction with traffic lights. Stay in the right hand lane and turn right onto Bank Street. Continue along Bank Street to the traffic lights keeping in the left lane and continue straight ahead. As you approach the church at the Y fork in the road 200 metres along the apartment is opposite the church on the left hand side. Parking is on Ness Bank on the right hand side of the church.
