Located on the west side of the River on the main road out of Inverness to Loch Ness and the west coast. The front door of the apartment opens to the pavement/sidewalk of Tomnahurich. This is a busy street into the city centre [200 metres away] however the apartment is on the first and second floor so guests are not disturbed by street noise.

Entrance: private doorway off the main street. Corridor with door to rear patio area, stairs leading up to main living space. Cupboard with washing machine/dryer and freezer.

First floor:

Lounge: settee suitable for 4 guests, coffee table, TV with Freesat channels, dining table with chairs.

Kitchen: electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, radio, crockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware.

Bedroom1: can be arranged with superking bed or with 2 singles. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, clothes storage, mirror. Window looking out to rear of building.

Second floor:

Bedroom2: can be arranged with superking bed or 2 singles. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, clothes storage, mirror. Window looking out to the front.

Bathroom: roll top bath with plumbed rainfall shower-head. Wash hand basin and wc.

Outside: On the ground floor there is a private garden to the rear of the apartment. The area is paved and has seating for 4.

Heating: the apartment has gas central heating throughout. Wi-Fi: internet access is included at no extra cost.

Dog friendly: 1 well behaved dog at an additional cost.

Location & Directions

By Car - Follow the A9 north toward the Kessock Bridge roundabout. Turn first left at the roundabout and follow the short dual carriage way passed the BMW and Mercedes garages on your left until you reach the Longman Roundabout. Go straight through the roundabout (second exit) and follow the road passed Kwik Fit (on your left), over the railway bridge toward the next roundabout. Leave the roundabout on the second exit and follow the short carriage-way to the next roundabout. Take the first exit along Chapel Street. Approx 150 metres along you will see a junction with traffic lights. Stay in the right hand lane and turn right onto Bank Street. Continue along Bank Street to the traffic lights keeping in the right lane to go over the bridge across the River Ness. Keep in left lane as you pass Tesco (on the right) heading toward the traffic lights. The apartment is 50 metres passed the traffic lights and has a black front door with a number 30. Park on the street, a parking permit is provided inside the apartment to be displayed in your car.
