This well equipped one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Inverness.

The apartment is situated in a converted Victorian style building set within it's own grounds.

Inverness is more commonly known as the Capital of the Highlands and boasts itself as one of the nicest cities in Scotland, with traditional Highland culture and scenery found in abundance. The city and surrounding areas have many wonderful places to enjoy a day of walking and relaxation while enjoying some stunning scenery. The city itself is well equipped with facilities from shopping to dining. The Eastgate shopping centre is situated at the top end of the high street and is a great place to spend a few hours shopping in some high class retailers.

The High St. itself is always worth a visit to see some of Inverness's more unique shopping experiences.

The city also offers some fantastic local restaurants for dining out, and there is sure to be something for everyone's taste.

If it is leisure activities you are looking for then they can be found in abundance within short walking distance from the apartment. Two golf courses are positioned of equal distance from the flat and are easily accessible by walking; both courses are set to a high standard and are ideal for beginner and pro alike. Inverness also boasts its very own Leisure centre offering swimming, gym, health suite and running track.

If you enjoy a dram of whisky then the heart of Scottish whisky is also only a short car journey to the East from Inverness and is well worth visiting to discover if you have any new favourites by the end of your stay.

The apartment is a warm and comfortable place to relax at the end of a hard day exploring. Inside you will find a quiet and comfortable living room to wind down and watch some T.V or read a book.

Dining area table which seats 4, complete with dinnerware and cutlery.

Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete with all cooking utensils.

Double Bedroom - Double Bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe. Bathroom - Bath with electric shower.

Parking is hassle free with private allocated space.

All bed linen, towels, electricity and parking is included in the price.

The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

A credit/debit card will be required to secure your booking. Your card will be charged 10 days prior to arrival. Bookings may be cancelled up to 10 days prior to your intended arrival date without incurring any cancellation charge.

Cancellations made within 10 days of your intended arrival date or 'no shows' will result in 100% of the due tariff being charged to your card.

Please note that to pass our online security checks credit/debit cards used as reservation security and/or payment must be in the same name as the lead guest and be registered to the same address as the lead guest has given on the booking form.

Check in time is usually between 3pm and 6pm and arrangements will be made for the apartment owner to meet you upon arrival or a collection point for the keys will be arranged if more convenient for you

Location & Directions

By Car - From the South - Follow the A9 north until you reach Inverness.

Take the Culcabock / Hilton exit. Continue on until you reach a roundabout (Old Perth Road). At the roundabout, take the 5th exit onto Old Perth Rd/B9006.

Continue on passed Raigmore Hospital on your right, you will reach another roundabout. At the roundabout keep left and take the 1st exit onto Culcabock Rd/B853.

Continue to follow B853. You will pass through Culcabock Golf Course. Veer left onto Damfield Rd. Continue straight for a few hundred yards, until you reach a mini-roundabout. The building is directly ahead where apartment is located, off the 2nd exit of the roundabout.

Allocated private parking is available, however there are also visitor spaces which can also be used if required.

The flat was in a great location, close enough for a walk into the city. It was in a nice residential part of the city and the apartment itself was quiet. All the rooms were nicely decorated and it was very spacious for a 1 bedroom flat. It was very clean and there as a pint of milk in the fridge, fruit and a couple of drams which was a nice touch.
