This spacious ground floor 2-bedroom apartment only 10-minute walk from Inverness City Centre is Set in its own mature wooded grounds with private parking.

Although enjoying a quiet and secluded feel these apartments are within a 15-minute walk to the Inverness City Centre or the Inches retail park, with plenty top quality restaurants within easy walking access and a variety of supermarkets a short drive or convenience stores again within a 15-minute walk.

Easy access to and from the A9 with Inverness's Southern Distributor Road, allows this apartment to be the perfect base for a short City break or for travelling around the Highlands.

Accommodation & Facilities

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner – open plan living area.

Lounge: two 2 seater settees. Flat screen TV with Freesat channels. DVD player. Coffee table.

Kitchen: modern kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils.

Dining area within Kitchen: table and chairs to seat 4.

Master bedroom: Super King size bed or twin singles, bedside cabinets, hairdryer, built in mirror wardrobe with internal drawer storage, en suite shower room including shower.

Second bedroom: Super King size bed or twin singles, bedside cabinets, free standing wardrobe, 3 drawer unit and hairdryer.

Family bathroom: bath with shower, wash hand basin, toilet.

Wi-Fi internet included at no extra cost.

The price includes all bed linen, 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person and electricity during your stay.

A starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets along with other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

The first nights tariff or 30% of the rental (whichever is the greater amount) is required as deposit to secure any booking on the date of booking, the balance being due 5 days prior to arrival unless booked less than 5 days then the full amount is due immediately.

No smoking is permitted within the holiday home.

A Travel cot & high chair can be made available at no extra charge – no blankets provided.

Check in time after 3pm, check out time 10am.

Cancellation policy – in the event of cancellation, the deposit paid on the day of booking, is non-refundable. The balance when paid – 5 days prior to arrival, will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. If the booking is cancelled up to 5 days before the arrival date, then the final balance will not need to be paid.

Location & Directions

By Road from the south:

By Car - From the South - Follow the A9 north until you reach Inverness. Take the Culcabock / Hilton exit. Continue on until you reach a roundabout (Old Perth Road). At the roundabout, take the 5th exit onto Old Perth Rd/B9006. Continue on passed Raigmore Hospital on your right, you will reach another roundabout. At the roundabout keep left and take the 1st exit onto Culcabock Rd/B853. Continue straight through the traffic lights at the Kingsmills Hotel. Continue to the mini-roundabout and take the last exit (3rd). Take the first left onto Muirfield Road, continue to the traffic lights then turn right. Follow the road for about 500 metres and turn right into Hedgefield at the signpost. Continue straight between the old and new buildings turning right. Continue along between the new building and the parking spaces and turn right at the end of the building. Follow the road around and keep left. No 41 is located in the next large building on the right, parking is on the left.

On foot from the city centre: from the High Street turn onto Castle Street (between the Townhouse and MacDonalds), continue up Culduthel Road for just over half a mile. Hedgefield Apartments are signposted are on the left hand side of the road. As you approach take the lane between the 2 buildings directly in front of you (slightly to the right), turning to the left at the end of the lane. The communal front door is on the left.
