Conveniently located just minutes from the banks of the River Ness and a short stroll across the Greig Street Bridge to the main city centre, the location provides the opportunity to easily explore the city on foot, while both the bus and train stations are within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. For those travelling via car, a visitors' parking permit for King Street is provided on your arrival and provides free parking in the area during your stay.

The local neighbourhood features an abundance of local services and facilities. A supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, laundrette, bakeries and takeaways are all within the immediate area, while some of the best restaurants in Inverness are just a few minutes’ walk away from the apartment.

For those seeking evening entertainment, enjoy a short stroll along the riverside to Eden Court Theatre, or enjoy the live traditional Scottish and contemporary music on offer at the many local venues.

Entrance Hallway: private door to main street - The small entrance hallway features a coat rack and space for storing shoes/boots, and leads directly into the lounge/kitchen area.

Lounge/Kitchen: The lounge area features a comfortable sofa-bed, armchair and pouffe, remote control wall-hung electric fire with mood lighting, 32” LED TV with built-in DVD player, Freesat Box, iPod/iPhone docking station with lightning connector, and a selection of games, puzzles, colouring books and crayons.

The contemporary kitchen is supplied with a wide range of cooking utensils and tableware, a 4-person dining table and chairs, and includes an integrated frost-free fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Inner Hallway: The inner hallway features a utility cupboard housing a washer-dryer, laundry basket, steam iron, ironing board, cordless vacuum, dustpan and brush, and floor mop.

Bedroom: The cosy master bedroom is supplied with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, table lamp, alarm clock, cheval mirror and sliding wardrobe with ample coat hangers. A secure safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience within the wardrobe. The room features an exit door to the communal courtyard, dressed with privacy blinds and thermal blackout curtains for your comfort.

Shower Room: The small but perfectly formed shower room features a contemporary white suite with WC, rainfall mains power shower, vanity basin, illuminated mirror, and chrome heated towel rail. For your convenience, we have provided an initial supply of complimentary toiletries from the Scottish Fine Soaps Sea Kelp range.

Heating is gas central heating with on demand hot water.

The first night will be charged on the day of booking with the final balance due 5 days before arrival. No refund available once paid for cancellations or no shows. We strongly advise you take out suitable cancellation insurance.

Entry and arrival information, including key collection information, will be emailed 5 days prior to arrival.

There are on-street parking spaces for which a parking permit is provided. Parking is on a first come first served basis. Additional fee paying public parking is available 200 metres away.

Sofabed in lounge can accommodate 1 extra adult or 2 children at an additional cost per night - prices shown on booking form and on the extras tab on the availability calendar page of the website

Early check(1pm) and late check out (11:30am0 available at an extra cost of £20 each.

Location & Directions

From the A9 at the Kessock Bridge Roundabout, head north-west toward Longman Road/A82, passing the Mercedes garage on your left.

At the first roundabout, take the second exit to go straight ahead.

At the next roundabout (Rose Street), take the second exit, again to go straight ahead.

At the next roundabout, take the second exit once more. You will travel across the River Ness on Friars Bridge.

At the next roundabout, take the second exit into Kenneth Street. Continue to the end of Kenneth Street to the traffic lights at the junction with Tomnahurich Street. Turn left at the traffic lights, and stay in the left hand lane to turn into King Street which is the next left. A Tesco Supermarket will be on the corner as you turn in.

Drive for a short distance along King Street, passing the Premier Inn and St Joseph’s school on the right. The apartment is located just after the school on the right side of the street.
