This two bedroom apartment is located a short walk from the heart of Inverness city, providing easy access to city centre shopping, restaurants, cafes and amenities, the Bus and Train stations are also only a short walk away. The apartment is tastefully furnished to a high standard, and has a quite location on the banks of the river Ness.

The apartment is accessed via communal entrance with video entry system from the private car park. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether you are a business traveller, enjoying a short getaway, or looking for holiday accommodation.

Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, makes the ideal base for exploring further afield to the West Coast, Loch Ness, local historical sites such as Culloden, Cawdor Castle, Urquhart Castle. A variety of Day Trips, Coach Tours & Boat Cruises can also be taken from Inverness City, including the award winning Jacobite Cruise of Loch Ness. Should you choose to stay within the city, there is the many local attractions such as the museum and art gallery, Inverness Botanic Gardens, Eden Court (a venue for shows, music and cinema), Inverness leisure centre, with the largest indoor rock climbing facility in the Highlands, pools, gym & health suite, to name but a few.

Entrance vestibule with video phone entry system. The apartment is on the ground floor and all rooms are on the one level.

Lounge – Double corner settee, coffee table, occasional table, widescreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, music system with radio and CD player, Wi-Fi internet router, view over river Ness.

Kitchen – Gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glassware, selection of pots, pans and utensils, dining table and 4 chairs, view over river Ness.

Bedroom 1 – Double bed, bedside cabinets, large wardrobe with shelving and extensive hanging space, widescreen TV with freeview. On-suite with toilet, wash hand basin and double shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 – Kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, large wardrobe with shelving and extensive hanging space. Ironing board, clothes dryer, iron, hair dryer stored in wordrobe.

Bathroom – Bath, plumbed over-bath shower, wc and wash hand basin.

Outside - Allocated parking for 1 car outside the apartment in a private car park.

Other information - gas central heating throughout with on-demand hot water.

The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing machine tablets.

Cancellation policy - 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 5 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 5 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Check in time anytime after 15:00, check out time 10:00.

Location & Directions

By car - From the A9 head toward the Kessock Bridge, at roundabout exit first left along Longman Road, then straight through the next roundabout, at next roundabout take the 2nd exit, at next roundabout take the 4th exit and progress about 100yds and turn left into apartments carpark just before stone railway bridge. The apartment allocated parking space is the second on the right as you enter the carpark.
Access to the apartment is via the communal entrance at far end of car park, the apartment is first door on left on ground floor as you enter, marked “2”.

On foot from the Bus or Train Station - onto Academy Street, turing right as you exit the station, and continue onto Chapel Street staying on the right hand pavement. Continue toward the Shore Street roundabout.. Cross the dual lanes onto Shore Street. The apartment building is 50 yards along on the left. The entrance is the door nearest the stone built bridge. Access to the apartment is via the communal entrance at far end of car park, the apartment is first door on left on ground floor as you enter, marked “2”.
