Within a ten minute walk from the centre of Aviemore, this newly built apartment is of the highest standards and offers superior quality self catering accommodation.

Within easy walking distance to centre of Aviemore – about 20 mins and 30 minutes bus or drive to the ski slope carpark and Funicular railway. Hourly bus service to Aviemore and up to Cairngorm Mountain. On main road bus service to Inverness and surrounding villages.

The holiday apartment lounge has views over the roof tops to the Cairngorm Mountains and the double en suite bedroom has views to Ghuilbin Hill and Kinveachy Forest.

Dalfaber Golf and Country Club 7 min walk – where a weekly membership can be taken out for swimming, squash and various other activities. Also Dalfaber is the nearest bar and restaurant.

Walking in the Cairngorm National Park, cycling, bird watching, fishing, horse riding, gorge walking, sailing, canoeing, shopping and eating out are just some of the things on offer.

The Funicular Mountain Railway, the Strathspey Steam Railway, the Landmark Forest Heritage Park and the award winning Highland Folk Museum and Park are all easy to reach from Aviemore.

Accommodation & Facilities

1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom, bright open plan living/dining/kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath. Cooking by electricity, gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, LCD television.

All bed linen, towels, electricity, gas and parking is included in the price.

A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings).

No smoking is permitted within the holiday home.

A refundable security deposit of £50 will be required as part of your final balance payment.

Sorry no pets. Please note - the apartment is not suitable for infants and young children.

Location & Directions

Approaching Aviemore from the north or east follow signs for Aviemore B9152. Just after 30 mph limit signs, turn left into Dougall Drive, right at mini roundabout and first right into car park. Drive straight forward and park - flat 34 on left.

Approaching Aviemore from the south on the A9, leave the A9 at signs for Aviemore B9152. Drive straight through Aviemore village to the north end of the village, approximately 1.5 miles, and turn right into Dougall Drive, right at mini roundabout and first right into car park onto Newland Road.

Very comfortable, clean apartment in a great location and with a good view of the mountains from the lounge Windows. Diana is a helpful and welcoming host and the apartment has all the equipment you need for a relaxing stay. This is the second time we have stayed there and we loved it.

This is a lovely apartment, very comfortable, attractively furnished and with super views of the Cairngorns from the floor to ceiling windows in the lounge. The open plan modern kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast bar and a table and chairs. The 2 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite has fitted wardrobes and all beds are very comfortable. The owner Diana is a very pleasant and helpful woman who took the time to show us around and answer any questions. She also arrived at the apartment within 10 mins of me calling about a problem with the T.V, suffice to say we had inadvertently caused the problem ourselves! Would definitely recommend this apartment, you won't be disappointed!

Mountain View Apartment was an excellent choice for our first stay in Aviemore. The apartment is warm, welcoming and very well equipped. Beds are especially comfortable as is the lounge furniture. All this plus the fantastic view made it a wonderful two weeks for us.

The owner met us at the to give us the keys and show us around could not have been nicer and any more helpful.
