'404 by the bridge' is a luxury self catering serviced apartment in the centre of the city of Inverness. Situated in one of Inverness's latest exclusive apartment developments, on the banks of the River Ness and just off the main street the apartment is than two minutes' walk from the Inverness shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. From the moment you step away from the city centre through the secure entrance into the foyer of the 'living by the bridge' apartment complex you will immediately know you have just entered a tranquil and special place.

Whether you are looking for holiday apartment accommodation, a business accommodation rental in Inverness, visiting family or friends or just looking for a short Inverness city break then 404 By the Bridge offers everything the discerning traveller and guest would need.

Take the short journey to the fourth floor in the elevator and you will soon be relaxing in the '404 by the bridge' 1 bedroom apartment with stunning views from the balcony of Inverness Castle and the River Ness.

When you venture away from the apartment within a few paces is the River Ness with it's riverside restaurants and cafes, art galleries and lovely walks. The main shopping centre, bus & train stations are also within a few minutes walk. The outstanding scenery and attractions of Inverness-shire, Loch Ness, the Black Isle, Culloden, Nairn and a further endless list of places to explore are less than 15 miles away, whichever direction you choose to go in.

Accommodation & Facilities

The apartment has a lounge/kitchen, double bedroom, with en suite, and there is an additional WC. It provides open plan modern contemporary accommodation for two people.

Equipment levels include a flat panel TV with iPod docking, DVD player, fully fitted kitchen, including electric hob with extractor, electric double oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Sorry no pets

All bed linen, towels, electricity, secure private parking and Wi-Fi internet access is included in the price.

The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Cancellation policy - the first nights rental will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 5 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 5 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

As the apartment building does not have a reception facility we have arranged a key collection point at a nearby Hotel. The Hotel is 500 meters from the Apartment building and will take 2 minutes to reach on foot.

Check in time is from 15:00, key collection is available up until 22:00

Location & Directions

Follow the A9 north toward the Kessock Bridge roundabout.

Turn first left at the roundabout and follow the short dual carriage way passed the Clydesdale bank and Mercedes-Benz garage on you left until you reach the Longman Roundabout.

Go straight through the roundabout (second exit), passed the Inverness College (on your right) and follow the road passed Kwik Fit (on your left), over the railway bridge toward the next roundabout.

Leave the roundabout on the second exit and follow the short carriage-way to the next roundabout.

Take the first exit along Chapel Street. Approx 150 metres along you will see a junction with traffic lights. Stay in the right hand lane and turn right onto Bank Street.

Along Bank Street approx 25 metres before the traffic lights and just after the Mercure Hotel car park entrance turn left.

Approx 20 metres on your right you will see a black shutter door with a 'private parking' sign.

The keys to the apartment and remote fob to open the car park door can be collected from a local pick up point between 15:00 and 22:00.

Lovely, luxury, simply the best! - Staying By the Bridge Apartments is a pleasure. Could be a little cheaper, but otherwise, I was satisfied.. Only one night, was disaster, somebody broke the fire alarm calling point and we needed to evacuate the building. Its of course, not a fault of the apartment :-). Flat is modern, clean and in perfect location of Inverness city centre.. And the Castle view.. is WOW..amazing.. Will come back!! Recommended!!

Central location with a good view from balcony, although there are noisy pubs under the apartments once the patio doors are closed you hear very little noise.the apartments are roomy with everything you need.

The apartment was very modern and decorated to a very high standard - the various coloured accessories throughout were beautiful - so beautiful in fact, I am on the hunt for several for my own humble abode. The apartment was light and spacious and we found it easily and parking was perfect and very secure. These apartments are ideally situated in the city centre and unless you'd heard of them, you would never know they were there - a little piece of heaven right in the centre of Inverness. Very impressed & we will DEFINITELY be back again! :-)
