Completely renovated to a high standard in 2015, this two bedroom apartment is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the restaurants, bars, café, shops and amenities of the Inverness city centre. A great base for exploring the Highlands, visiting friends and family, or for business users, the apartment is available for rental throughout the year from two nights upwards.

There is a limited on-street parking outside the apartment for which a permit is included at no extra cost, and additional fee paying parking is available beside Eden Court Theatre just 300 meters away. Wi-Fi internet access is also included.

As well as exploring Inverness itself, there are a wide number of attractions and activities in the local area, from Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle to wildlife watching boat trips in the Moray Firth. You could journey across the Kessock Bridge to look for bottlenose dolphins at the Dolphin and Seal Centre or at Chanonry Point in Fortrose; take a trip to Culloden Battlefield; visit beautiful Cawdor Castle; or simply enjoy walking or biking on the countryside and coastal paths.

Nairn’s beautiful long sandy beach is a short drive from Inverness and Moray is within easy reach, with its picturesque beaches, forest walks and Malt Whisky Trail. Other day trips include Aviemore, in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, Glen Affric and the Black Isle. Or for longer trips you could head across to the west coast or further north to Ullapool.

For keen golfers there are a number of top links courses in the area, from Castle Stuart and Nairn on the Moray Firth to Royal Dornoch and Tain, around an hour’s drive north of Inverness.

Accommodation & Facilities

The apartment is located above an insurance shop which closes at 5pm during the week. All rooms in the apartment are on the same level accessed by a stairway from its own entrance.

Lounge – 2 two seater settees provides seating for 4 guests. There is a small dining room table and 4 chairs and TV with Freesat channels.

Kitchen – newly fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and microwave.

Bedroom 1 – double room, bedside cabinets, clothes storage units, alarm clock radio, mirror, hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 – 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, clothes storage units. mirror.

Bathroom – double size shower (electric), wash hand basin and wc.

There is an iron and board plus clothes airier.

There are on-street parking spaces for which a parking permit is provided. Parking is on a first come first served basis. Additional fee paying public parking is available 200 metres away.

Location & Directions

By Car - Follow the A9 north toward the Kessock Bridge roundabout.

Turn first left at the roundabout and follow the short dual carriage way passed the BMW and Mercedes-Benz garages on your left until you reach the Longman Roundabout.

Go straight through the roundabout (second exit) and follow the road passed Kwik Fit (on your left), over the railway bridge toward the next roundabout.

Leave the roundabout on the second exit and follow the short carriage-way to the next roundabout.

Take the first exit along Chapel Street. Approx 150 metres along you will see a junction with traffic lights. Stay in the right hand lane and turn right onto Bank Street.

Continue along Bank Street to the traffic lights keeping in the right lane to go over the bridge across the River Ness.

Keep in left lane as you pass Tesco (on the right) heading toward the traffic lights.

The apartment is 100 metres passed the traffic lights above Swinton Insurance. Park on the street, a parking permit is provided inside the apartment to be displayed in your car.
