This newly fully renovated (2015) apartment is located on the west side of the River Ness just 300 metres from the city centre. With a supermarket, post office, a number of food takeaways, restaurants, bars, café and shops all within a couple minutes’ walk Tomnahurich Apartment is a perfect choice for holiday makes, business users or guests visiting friends and family.

There is limited on-street parking provided at no extra cost and additional public parking 200 metres away beside Eden Court Theatre. The apartment has Wi-Fi throughout included in the price.

Accommodation & Facilities

The apartment is the only property above a local insurance agent shop which closes every evening at 5pm. There is a private entrance off Tomnahurich Street leading to a stairway up to the apartment front door.

Lounge – Seating for 4 on a settee and arm chair. TV with Freesat channels. A small dining table and chairs for 4.

Kitchen – Fully fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cafetiere.

Bedroom – can be arranged with either 2 single beds or 1 double. Beside cabinet, clothes hangers, mirror, hairdryer, alarm clock radio.

There is an iron and ironing board and clothes aired.

Location & Directions

By Car - Follow the A9 north toward the Kessock Bridge roundabout.

Turn first left at the roundabout and follow the short dual carriage way passed the Clydesdale bank and Mercedes-Benz garage on you left until you reach the Longman Roundabout.

Go straight through the roundabout (second exit), passed the Inverness College (on your right) and follow the road passed Kwik Fit (on your left), over the railway bridge toward the next roundabout.

Leave the roundabout on the second exit and follow the short carriage-way to the next roundabout.

Take the first exit along Chapel Street. Approx 150 metres along you will see a junction with traffic lights. Stay in the right hand lane and turn right onto Bank Street.

Continue along Bank Street to the traffic lights keeping in the right lane to go over the bridge across the River Ness.

Keep in left lane as you pass Tesco (on the right) heading toward the traffic lights.

The apartment is 100 metres passed the traffic lights above Swinton Insurance. Park on the street, a parking permit is provided inside the apartment to be displayed in your car.
