This light-filled room is perfect for relaxed lounging with its raspberry blinds, curtains, throws and cushions, and soft Italian cream-leather corner suite. Solid oak furniture houses board games, DVD and CD collections, flat screen TV, DVD player and Sky. Fitted with high quality hardwood flooring, the spacious room is open to the dining area.
Dining Area
Positioned to enjoy the same stunning views as the sitting room, the dining area boasts a round solid oak dining table and four high-backed, cream-leather chairs. The dining area is conveniently accessed from the adjoining kitchen, which is partially screened from the sitting room by a partition wall. Guests can also enter Silver Birch Cottage from the back door, situated to the rear of the dining area.
Kitchen
Featuring high-quality units, hardwood flooring and a ceramic sink with drainer, the modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and features Neff appliances, ceramic hob, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and fridge-freezer. A good selection of Denby crockery, fine glassware, cutlery and top of the range cookware comes as standard.
Bedroom
With real oak floors underfoot, a cosmopolitan leather sleigh bed is the centrepiece of the double bedroom. Flanked by two solid oak nightstands and made up with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen, the sumptuous bed is laid with a cosy heather and olive plaid throw by Highland textile designer ANTA. Further solid oak chest of drawers and a freestanding double wardrobe provide plenty of storage for all your belongings.

All bed linen, towels, electricity, oil and gas are included in the price. We also supply a welcome pack of washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and soap. A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings). Bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. No smoking is permitted within the holiday home. We are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs at a cost of £25 per dog per week. Many extra amenities such as high chairs, mountain bike hire and food hampers are available - please enquire. There is ample parking available beside the holiday home. |
