Accommodation & Facilities - Porch The spacious entrance porch offers an ideal place to hang jackets and coats as well as providing a home for muddy boots and outdoor walking shoes.

Lounge

The large double-aspect sitting room is furnished with teal-coloured blinds, curtains, throws and rug, while supple chocolate-leather sofas and armchairs provide ample comfortable seating. Smart solid oak sideboards house a selection of entertainment from DVDs and CDs to board games and playing cards, flat screen television, DVD player and Sky. This wonderfully relaxing room is punctuated with pieces of modern art objects and pictures including an arresting bronze mosaic light fitting.

Kitchen/Diner

Featuring high-quality units, hardwood flooring and a deep Belfast-style sink, the modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and features Neff appliances, ceramic hob and integrated dishwasher. The kitchen adjoins the spacious dining room, where you'll find a large solid oak dining table and chairs, and a glass-fronted dresser housing Denby crockery.

Bedroom 1

A fabulous contemporary four-poster bed made from solid oak is the centrepiece of this double bedroom. The crisp white Egyptian cotton linen is the perfect backdrop for the beautiful plaid throw and candy-coloured cushions by Highland textile designer, ANTA. Again, the bedroom features hygienic hardwood flooring and handsome solid oak furniture as well as a fitted wardrobe to comfortably store all your belongings. There is also a slim wash hand basin for added convenience.

Bedroom 2

With its solid white bunk beds, the second bedroom is ideal for both adults and children ( fullsize beds ). Made up with proper duvets and pillows, each bunk has its own light for reading, while the fitted wardrobe and tall chest of drawers provide ample storage.

All bed linen, towels, electricity, oil and gas are included in the price. We also supply a welcome pack of washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and soap. A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings). Bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. No smoking is permitted within the holiday home. We are happy to accommodate well bejaved dogs at a cost of £25 per dog per week. Many extra amenities such as high chairs, mountain bike hire and food hampers are available - please enquire. There is ample parking available beside the holiday home.
