The apartment, which sleeps up to 4 guests in comfort and style, is only a short drive or bus journey away from the restaurants and bars of the city centre.

Ideal if you are on business and are fed up with hotels - the apartment gives the flexibility of separate kitchen, lounge and bedrooms and you won't be kept awake by doors banging at 3 o'clock in the morning. Available to rent by the night (minimum 2 night stay) - discounts are available on nightly rate for stay of more than 5 nights and for guests of less than 4 in number.

All bed linen, towels, electricity and secure private parking is included in the price. The holiday home is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (if applicable), toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies. A credit/debit card will be required to secure your booking. Your card will not be charged until 5 days prior to arrival. Bookings may be cancelled up to 5 days prior to your intended arrival date without incurring any cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 5 days of your intended arrival date or 'no shows' will result in 100% of the due tariff being charged to your card. Please note that to pass our online security checks credit/debit cards used as reservation security and/or payment must be in the same name as the lead guest and be registered to the same address as the lead guest has given on the booking form.
