How to book

To book your chosen holiday home first choose your starting date by clicking on the desired date on the availability calendar and then choose the number of nights you wish to stay for. For accommodation that has additional options available other than weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday all options will be shown on the calendar and available in the drop down menu.

Next choose the number of guests staying from the drop down. The screen will automatically refresh to recalculate any discounts available based on occupancy*. The total price shown will include any refundable good housekeeping deposit amount.

On clicking on ‘Book Now’ the next screen details the booking information chosen and gives the option to book any extras available specific to this holiday home. You will also have the option to add another holiday home on this screen or redeem any evouchers.

By clicking on the ‘Proceed to secure server’ button the next screen presents you with our terms of rental. Once you have read and digested these and wish to continue with your booking click on the ‘I agree with to the Terms & Conditions’. You have the option to print off a copy of the T&C’s.

On completing the next information screen about you and the guests staying you will be asked for your credit or debit card details. Our booking process is carried out on a secure server and once your details are registered they are no longer held on our systems – view details on how our online security works.

At this point your card is not charged. We will only charge your card the 25% deposit to confirm your booking or full balance if your arrival date is within 6 weeks. For Apartment bookings the first nights rental is charged on the day of booking with the final balance due 5 days prior to your arrival. You will receive confirmations of receipt by email.

  1. On making the booking.
  2. Confirmation of booking.
  3. Receipt of deposit payment (if applicable) or full balance payment if booking made with 6 weeks of arrival date.
  4. Intention to charge final balance to card or request for you to make payment – 7 weeks prior to arrival.
  5. Confirmation of final balance payment.
  6. Notice of refund of Good Housekeeping Deposit – this will include an invitation to complete our guest satisfaction survey.

For Apartments.

  1. On making the booking.
  2. Confirmation of booking.
  3. Receipt of final payment 5 days prior to arrival.
  4. Invitation to complete our guest satisfaction survey.
