Administration Assistant

Job description

Responsibilities
Processing online bookings
Dealing with online and offline guest queries
Liaising between owners and guests
Managing booking queries with marketing partners
Phoning guests prior to arrival
Providing cover for the day to day running of the office
Invoicing to clients
Processing client statements
Carry out filing
Carrying out admin functions as required

Required skills
Must be computer literate and familiar with using the internet.
Previous administration in an office environment preferred.
Knowledge of working with online management systems desirable.
Experience with Microsoft office and email desirable.
Previous experience with telephone customer handling desirable.

Hours
To be agreed – 15 – 20 hours per week.
Participating in Saturday rota one week in three – 9am – 12noon.
Additional hours will be required from time to time.

Rate of pay
Dependant on experience

Employment will be on a 3 month probation initially.
