The holiday home has a double bedroom, with en suite, twin bedroom and there is a family bathroom as well. It provides spacious accommodation for four people and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is a well equipped, fully fitted kitchen, including washing machine and dishwasher.

All bed linen and towels are included in the price, as are electricity and heating oil. The holiday home is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (if applicable), toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies. A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings). Bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. No smoking is permitted within the holiday home. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £50 will be required as part of your final balance payment. Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets. |

Accommodation & facilities Ground floor - Kitchen – The fully fitted modern kitchen contains numerous appliances including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils, pots, pans and crockery you will require. Dining area (kitchen) - The dining area seats 4 Lounge - two settees, Flat panel TV with Freeview and DVD player, free unlimited internet access. A selection of games, DVD's and books. Music sytem with CD player. Upper floor - Master bedroom – double bed with bedside cabinets, a dressing table and large built in wardrobe. En Suite bathroom with bath, electric shower, wash hand basin and wc. Bedroom 2 – Twin beds with bedside cabinet and plenty storage. Family Bathroom - with bath, plumbed shower, wash hand basin and wc. Outside – private enclosed garden at the rear with picnic bench. Shed with chest freezer. Other information - the cottage is warmed throughout by central heating. A folder with information about local attractions is in the cottage for guests use. |
Directions & travel info By Car - From the South - Follow the A9 north toward the Kessock Bridge at Inverness. At the Kessock Bridge roundabout continue across the bridge (2nd exit) and follow north toward Invergordon and Tain. Continue along the A9 passed Tain. After Tain take the second exit at the roundabout at the Dornoch Bridge across the bridge. Continue along the A9. Leave the A9, taking the A949. Continue into Dornoch. On arrival at Dornoch pass the 'Jail' shops on the right and Cathedral on the left. Turn left at the T junction then first left into the High Street. Approx 50 metres along turn right between Mitchell's Chemist shop and Daisy Chain. Follow the road along and to the right. After veering right the cottage is located 25 metres on the right.
